Very bad company support and operators work without any technical knowledge and ability to solve problems that clients have 90 of employees do not know English They don t want to work on improving the system the internet has a speed of only 9mb s and we pay for 80mb s I suggest that their system be hacked by those who have knowledge of Linux systems They do not deserve to work with such an approach Every employee gave me wrong information The first says you can switch to cabal the second says you can t the third says call tomorrow When I asked if I would have 100mb s I got the following answer it is completely normal when you buy a 150mb s package that costs say 30-40 euros that you will have about 80mb s and when I asked him what happens to the other 70mb s that I pay I get a response so you have nothing and that s how it is Fraudsters liars thieves

Not the best ProviderThe only reason I started using Drei at is because of the eSIM which is a really good feature Other than that there is nothing good about Drei at1 Intransparent Random charges2 Website is just average no usable app3 Coverage is average4 Price is not good at all Other providers give you more

The worst internet there is
The worst internet I have ever had by far The technical support knows barely anything while on the phone with one of them complaining about my download and upload speed their suggestion was just to get a faster option which I did but the speed remained the same Horrible customer service disgrace download and upload speed and no concrete solutions ever being offered On a top of that there is many small charges they just add on your bill for no reason and pretend they have no idea about it One star is too much more like -5

Went to Shopping City Seiersberg 1 4 2 11 8055 Seiersberg to purchase this internet It is LTE in a zone where we get 4G coverage we get 9 MBit s if we are lucky 20 MBit s We live on the top most part of our appartment We place our high quality modem proven to work reliably directly under a slanted roof window there is no excuse other than this service is really a SCAM For us this is an absolute THEFT

Double Charged 60 for Internet instead of 30
I am absolutely disappointed with Drei I was a customer for the last 2 years I just checked my bank statements and Drei booked my payment twice I just paid 60 instead of 30 and I feel scammed I have reached out multiple times to the service team but only got back empty responses and flase hope by the customer service team I am starting to look for other competitors to switch

Internet companies are the new Mafia families of our time They offer UPTO a certain speed but demand the same amount of money each month I checked my village on their availability map and it gave me 4G LTE They sold me an UPTO 30Mbit contract I rarely get 10 and as I am writing this I have a steady 2 4 ALL LEGAL because 2 4 is UPTO 30 I have talked to the technicians and followed their instructions to no avail The interesting thing is that at 4 or 5 am the strength is around 20 to 25 As soon as people wake up it drops down to 2 or 4 this is NOT my area NOT the weather NOT the router but it is their signal strength as I said MAFIA and the governmental customer protection agency here in Austria or Europe does nothing about it How about an UPTO monthly payment option I will pay according to the service level This month 3 Euros 50 DREI AT the fastest internet provider give me a break

I have no internet for 3-4 days my monthly net is paid 40 my colleges have no internet in the area as well i tried to contact them in email no response yet i tried to call every hotline the have and they are offline

Misinformation and horrible service
I ordered tariff mobile phone online After an extensive back and forth messaging to prove who I am and where I live my order was accepted I was promised quick delivery After a week of nothing happening I contacted the customer support via email - no answer Again after a few days - no answer I finally got an answer on their Facebook page and I was told it s late because the phone I ordered wasn t delivered to them yet and I just need to be patient I asked for a different phone - none was available at the moment even though the webshop had different info A few days pass and I receive an email that the desired phone will no longer be delivered and my order was cancelled So the webshop had the wrong info the customer service could not provide info and then oops - no longer available Needles to say I am disappointed and angry and would not ever in my life recommend this company

rubbish company and they take advantage to steal the top up money you put in your mobile in just minutes for some absurd rules they could not even explain Now I m abroad I topped up my mobile and surprise surprise the money is out of my account but have no credit Stay away from them
