Shockingly bad experience

Shocking experience Order with 3 day delivery option but low behold day 22 and not package 16 days no update on the product purchased It s clearly lost but Drippy only offer refund for items returned to them not ones that go missing for 3 plus weeks Ordered on the 14 11 and now 8 12 nothing Don t even live in the same country now so can never get the package if it ever arrived Avoid these guys at all costs Updated 12 12 22With regards to help I m simply looking for a refund as the package still today is nowhere I no longer live in the country Ireland where I originally ordered it Again I included my reference number 84077 November 14

Life-time Warranty

Bought a necklace Broke within half a year Got a one time replacement which is now also broken where it lasted a year The company said tough luck Frustrated because what sold me on it was their advertisement on lifetime warranty Come to find that it means nothing at all after reading the fine print

I made a purchase and requested an exchange I sent back the package in all the original packaging Tracked by Royal Mail their website show and the package successfully delivered yet drippy Amsterdam say they cannot locate the package therefore will not issue an exchange or a refund I would save yourself the money and not bother purchasing from here

Don t Trust This Seller These are scammers I ordered online in the website and i payed with DHL and they sent to me with another courier and the most important is that i didn t receive my order lolI tried to contact them with email and they kept me one month waiting for investigation about the order and in the end told me that we closed the case because we don t have a response from courier when literally i sent to them the answer from courier I just wanted my money back and they didn t applied a refund for me after waiting and contacting one month with them DON T BUY HERE

Exchange and Return

I ordered a pair of rings from them and one of them came too big so I had to exchange it Even though on their website it says that there is a free exchange and refund available it is not true I had to pay to post the ring back to The Netherlands which was almost 15 pounds and then you have to pay an extra fee for the ring to enter the country the ring got lost somewhere and now I can t have a refund or exchange for the lost Please if you buy anything from here make sure you select the right sizes otherwise you lost your money

DO NOT ORDER FROM DRIPPY AMSTERDAM

Have spent 250 for a chain and bracelet and after 3 weeks of wearing the neck is completely green Unfortunately you can not give it back because there is the 14 day return policy The stones look really nice and the processing also but the material is absolute garbage Only pulling the customers because they know exactly that after 3 weeks the chain is broken Never order here TRUST ME

They sent wrong size And now offer that I will arrange return myself It is also strange they claim to test the quality of every bracelet but seems this quality control not very efficient And well customer service experience also horrible with slow answers

Do not buy UNLESS you are 100 sure about the size and lucky enough not to receive a defect item Because the return is VERY expensive and at your charge They also charge a tax so you don t even have the full refund I kept the ring because it s beautiful BUT after 2 days I had redness and my finger was sore The surface isn t smooth ans scratches my 2 fingers close to it Really waste of money for something that expensive it s really bad quality

They have failed to deliver the goods and take responsibility for the missing goods even after Royal Mail confirmed the status of the lost parcel Then stated I d be fully refunded have a time frame and no action was taken Blatant lies about refunding and terrible customer service Email chains as long as your arm with no suggestion to give me a call to resolve Avoid like the plague
