thieves they promise delivery in two days and meanwhile 5 days after payment the parcel still hasn t been sent

I received a bracelet as a baby push present late december however when opening the gift the bracelet was a wrong size vs the order and the product packaging Customer service was quick to help and asked me to return the bracelet so they could send me the correct one Now three months later I still have not received the replacement even after multiple emails We are coordinating with back office please wait is the reply I get when I contact customer service

My neck got green after about 10 months of usage from a chain also it snapped after about four months og bormal usage and they would nt replace it now it has made my neck turn green and that is unnacceptable

Ordered on the 19th of juli still didn t get my package they did send me 1 email back saying they didn t have my bracelet in stock and it s at the jeweler bla bla en they need to wait for it to arrive at the warehouse in 1 2 weeks and then i get my track and trace There compensation is a 10 - discount code that i m never gonna use anyway Maybe if the customer service would respond in time making the customer not feeling scammed The extra delivery time wich was next day delivery btw Is not really a problem Maybe hire some qualified people or change your way of doing things i hope i get my piece anyway

Listen up everybody this company is a total scam Yes the products are nice but when it comes to returning something they simply don t care According to the tracking number my return arrived at theirs over a week ago still no refund After writing them emails they finally answered that my package infect did not arrive and they requested me to send them prove Luckily I paid with PayPal and I will definitely press charges if I don t get my refund ASAP

I placed an order for 2 rings on Christmas Day for my wife we are celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversay this year After making payment I received a confirmation email of the order and all was going SO well The day after 26th Dec I received an email with A Shipment From Order 9719 is on the way I thought great and as I had requested expedited shipping I should receive these quite quickly even with the festive period I clicked on the tracking email - no tracking numbers or even anything in the loaded page that confirmed the order was shipped - so I reached out on the email address provided info at drippy amsterdam and was assured by Joyce who confirmed that the order was fulfilled on the 26th December but it looks like there is missing some tracking details They said that they would escalate this to their team to track down that information and they ll get back to me as soon as possible 2 days later no update so I reached out again as a follow up I received a further email from Joyce who thanked me for following up on my order and escalated it again to their team to check the status of the order Rest assured we ll keep an eye on it and do or best to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible 4 days later no further updates so I reached out again no response on emailA further 3 days later 9th Jan 25 I thought I would reach out via a DM on their Instagram page to see if I could get a response - nothing at all Today 10th Jan 25 no response still received so I reached out again and have still had no response I am beginning to think that this is potentially a scam and will be seeking advice from my bank to see what we could do
