Cheap and Light

Extreamly slow delivery and recived the order and the ring feels light and cheap almost a plasic feel extreamly disappointed

Definitely a dropshipping business The jewelley faded within a month and the rings started turning my fingers green You can buy the same jewellery on shein aliexpress etc for 10x cheaper

Really disappointed

Exchange process is absolutely terrible Drippy supplied insufficient info to FedEx and on a free exchange order I m being asked to pay Taxes which I didn t pay in the first place I have emailed solidly including the information that the Tax dept of FedEx are asking for for a week to Drippy and they are ignoring my pleas for help I guess they don t care as they have my money Really disappointed with their lack of customer care so would urge anyone looking to buy from them to think again

Poor Quality

The customized pendant I ordered was beautiful just as described I ordered an extra chain with it just as recommended by drippy Amsterdam Right on the second day of wearing the chain and pendant out of nowhere the chain broke without any force and the pendant got destroyed when hitting the ground Seems like drippy Amsterdam only cares about the look and not the quality which is quite disappointing I lost around 100 within 1 day and therefore can t recommend drippy Amsterdam at all

Update on my review I would now give drippy 2 stars as amazingly they HAVE given me a refund Still agree they have good product and packaging and delivery but refund and aftersales is a nightmare If only they could get their act together to gain peoples confidence

Tennis chains losing their diamonds after 4 months

After 4 months or less of daily wearing the tennis chain already lost a diamond and even while wearing it very carefully and not exposing it to water or else Very disappointed It shines it hurts the neck when you first wear it and irritates it but hey the look still great and all that so i gave them 2 5 stars And support doesn t give you real solutions neither so yeah i don t recommend looks like dropshipping
