hoping they ll come through

They have given us a couple of new dates none of them have suited so far but I feel they ll come up with something soon

This app is really impressive as within a few days we started receiving potential dates Also the customer services reps are so efficient and friendly and respond to queries and any tweaks to requirements within an hour or two Booking tests is a nightmare at the moment so it s been a great help

Incredibly impressed by customer service they always email back so quickly and are so helpful Wanted to change the test centre and nothing seemed too much of a problem Such a great app simple to use efficient lots of dates are found no hidden costs and wouldn t hesitate to recommend to friends

This is the second time we have used driving test genie They offered us an alternative test date within 24 hours and several more in the days that followed I would thoroughly recommend this app as it makes finding a new test date very easy

We have used Driving Test Genie a number of times now and always come back to them having tried a number of cancellation apps I can honestly say that their service is second to none We have had to make various changes along the way owing to health issues and this could not have been easier Their customer service is exceptionally efficient personal and friendly We are frequently sent options for earlier tests and it is quick and simple book at that point Highly recommended

It is so very difficult to find a driving test currently - had it not been for Driving Test Genie we wouldn t have succeeded Customer service is incredibly responsive - even replying to me on a Saturday Very impressed and well worth the money given the mess the driving test system is in
