I was signed up for 3 months and not offered a single cancellation After 2 months my driving instructors other pupil who was only signed up for a week was offered a date within the period of my test booked at another center After emailing Driving Genie for clarification and help I received a rude and defensive response At the 3 month mark I was fed up and emailed again saying I was unhappy and asking for help A different more pleasant member of staff answered and made me aware that I was entitled to a refund since they hadn t found a cancellation within the month I would not recommend Driving Genie

I typically do not write reviews however I must advise against investing your time and money in this app It is shitttyyy and I have repeatedly found myself tests on the DVLA website I paid for nothing

Warning Avoid This Company I strongly advise against using this company They have held my funds since August 5th for a test rebooking closer to home consistently assuring me that new dates would be available As my test date approached and it became clear that no alternatives would be offered I requested to close my account delete my information and refund my payment due to the lack of service Instead of assisting me they directed me to contact Apple who was unable to issue a refund because the transaction date fell outside their policy timeframe It s frustrating that they seem to be aware of this loophole The staff are unhelpful and often respond with dismissive overly brief answers Their response time can take up to 48 hours which only adds to the frustration If anyone else encounters issues with this company I recommend documenting everything and seeking legal advice Better yet save yourself the trouble just don t use their services They ARE a scam

Totally waste of money and time Paid and waited a month and received NONE cancellation notification at all Though got refund finally wasted one month precious time Don t join

Do not use this App if purchasing from Apple - their website clearly states a guarantee if no tests after 30 days which is not the case if paying by Apple Poor service and false messaging on their website and FAQ s I ve waited over 8 weeks and no alternative test dates given and they won t refund

I registered with this app a month ago and haven t received a single booking since It feels like a scam they take your money but there s no return on the investment I ve tried reaching out multiple times via email but no one responds It s incredibly frustrating and I hope others don t fall into the same trap I ve already paid and still have no updates or resolution This has been a terrible experience

Dosent work had it for around a month after not being eligible to refund and the app hadn t even shown me one test dates I can show u my invoice

This app is absolutely useless I had it running alongside the Testi app and in the period of time I did this I received approximately 15 offers from Testi and precisely zero from genie I contacted genie a couple of times to find out if it was working correctly and they promptly responded that it was I finally managed to be the fastest finger first on Testi and have passed my test with no help from genie at all If I could leave less than one star I would- very disappointed and a waste of money They seem more concerned with their reviews on trust pilot than with getting customers a driving test therefore I have obliged them on my father s account- I am Joe not Neil

I am very disappointed with the service as I have not received any cancellations for my son within 5 months I had this app When I asked to get a refund I was told to contact apple as that s the way I paid for this app Apple has refused to refund my money as I received this app but I have not received service that I paid for
