ppointing- most of the paper bags were split and many bulbs had fallen out All tulips so impossible to know what varieties they are I m a garden designer and these were for clients so I can t use them

Star level was difficult
Star level was difficult I needed to be able to rate in two halves All bulbs were superb as always However I also ordered two sets of plants Both were severely root bound - had been about too long - and with poor top growth i d never have bought them at a nursery and will be reluctant to buy plants from you again

I have bought from you for over 20 years and 90 of it has been wonderful Thank you But your last delivery of 10 Gypsophila Paniculata Alba was is terrible 3 of them were brown twig dead on arrival The remaining 7 are not healthy plants Very odd

The items received were in good quality and always are but I really do think that J Parkers can do better on their delivery times I ALWAYS have a very long wait and there is no communication unless I phone in first Items were ordered in August and received in October with no indicator that they would be dispatched late or in the coming months

Generally the items I order are fairly good quality I have been having a continuous problems with the courier and hope that you wouldn t use the same company otherwise I will not make any further purchase from you Thank you Trish for your reply I have already raised this issue to your customer services before I was asked to rate my experience by Trustpilot Order number is 2206072 and my issue was sent by email on 29th November with photo attachment how the parcel was damaged and left in the rain As I mentioned in my email this is not the only occasion the parcel was delayed mishandled or delivered to wrong address I totally understand that you can t do anything if 98 of you customers are happy with this courier and I am the 2 of your unsatisfied customers My only choice would be to withdraw from you Best regards

Purchased quite a lot of
Purchased quite a lot of bulbs plugs plants from this company For the most part they are healthy and do reasonably well Specifically bought scented nicotina as last year s plants were pretty but no scent This year s were very slow to grow then looked like cabbages then eventually flowered - no scent again even with a different variety Disappointed and will be buying from a garden centre where we can check before we purchase next season

Poor quality bulbs
Of the 200 Darwin Tulips I received 2 varieties were Ok but the other 3 were not good with about 1 in 3 with mould or scars Also after complaining about having 7 bad Narcissus Golden Master in my last order IO received a bag of 15 Of which I had to throw away 5 Shan t be ordering bulbs again through JParkers as clearly no quality checks

Ordering anomalies
Having received a narcissus collection of 75 bulbs on receipt I discovered that 15 of the bulbs were not available and would be delivered within 28 days As a consequence I delayed the planting of the other 60 as I wanted to drift plant On phoning after the elapsed time I was told the bulbs weren t available and I would be refunded It was only then that I discovered that I had been credited for the 15 bulbs on the day of purchase My feedback is if you sell a collection of bulbs and 20 aren t available shouldn t you give the customer the option to change their order rather than get an automatic refund I was left thinking the whole order would arrive within a certain amount of time

Mostly great some niggles
Your service was great it s a little hard to know when things are arriving sometimes but is manageable as there are notifications One late item arrived when I was away so I would have defected that if I cold but in the end it was fine While the plants were as expected One concern re recent orders was the amount of liverworts on many of the plants which I had to pick off 10-20 of some plants did not survive I would really rather not have that
