I ordered a fairly large quantity of oxalis versicolor as they are starting to grow i can see about half of them are not versicolor at all but another variety of oxalis this is beyond a ball ache for me as i sell these on to customers and as they are now all planted together i now have no ides which ones are which I have emailed j parkers 5 days ago but no reply

I have used these a bit this year and it was ok - not great but ok Unfortunately I ordered a while back 60 plants due mid May which I received an email about mid May saying they had checked with their suppliers and they were late but definitely coming So I planted out leaving Space for these I have been told today they can t source them and I will be refunded That s all well and good but my garden has now been left with big empty patches

Ordered plants on 9 May still waiting for arrival Phoned J Parker and told order takes 21 days phoned again today to be told office closed Yet ordering service still open Don t use this company - customer service terrible

Ordered a diverse selection of plants 1 month later they were finally dispatched and left the warehouse To add insult to injury j parkers use the cheapest couriers possible hermes now evri and they couldnt be bothered to follow a short 5min traffic diversion lying about access to house Amazon and Royal mail managed Poor plants all dead order eventually camcelled and refunded Absolutly shocking Cheap isnt always better Il be sticking to local garden centre 1st time buying from j parkers and would never buy again wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

Did not deliver or not delivered on timeI will avoid as they did not deliver within promised 28 days Some items were not delivered at all - they reverted in 45 days stating they cant delivery I wonder if they start to grow after an order is placed Customer service response is very poor and rude

Wont be ordering from them again
I ordered 3 Bishop of Llandaff tubers and 3 Japanese anenome Little princess Of the Dahlias all 3 have sprouted but 2 are definitely not Bishop of Llandaff they have large pale green leaves whereas Bishop of Llandaff have green bronze toothed leaves Of the japanese anenomes only one is growing well one other is showing some weak growth and the other no growth at all I have contacted J Parker via their website but received no response to date

Great on price So long as you don t mind dead or invisible plants 2ce ordered from then1st time majority arrived dead or near death 2nd time just ordered 3 roses again great price unfortunately after several weeks advised me couldn t supply said roses or nr alternativesDon t take orders you can t meet Use more expensive but better quality suppliers or take cuttings

Absolutely disgraceful delivery I placed an order on 1st August 2023 according to the brochure delivery would be early September here we are 2 months 10 days later and I am still waiting Even the new brochure states delivery within 28 days NOT 71 days as I have been waiting Not much incentive to place any further orders

Wrong colour - useless to me
Im sure professional people will understand that wedding contracts are a very precise affair I ordere two wholesale trays of white Nemesia and white Callibroacha After all the potting on etc it was disaster day to find that the Nemesia were in fact mostly purple I have had to shell out a lot of money to buy white - J Parkers only prepared to refund the money - but not prpared to help me with sourceing The Callibrocha were fine So really its too risky to use this firm again
