When I order any bulbs the staff are very helpful They are very understanding when I set a delivery time due to holidays etc The delivery is prompt I recently had a miss order there was no quibble I was sent another replacement Always very happy with Parkers I order bulbs or plants every yearI cant remember the exact date it was about mid October 2022

We have bought spring bulbs from J Parkers Wholesale for years and always been very pleased with them On this occasion for the first time some of the bulbs arrived in poor condition even though well packed When I contacted the company they immediately offered to replace all the bulbs that were not up to standard and refund any they no longer had in stock I felt they dealt with the problem quickly and professionally
