The order was messed up

The order was messed up I was told one of the bulbs chosen would take a month to come and you sent half the bulbs without explaining the problem Do I had to make a few phone calls to you and chose an alternative Also this was towards the end of November when it s getting a little late to plant tulip bulbs as the soil could get frozen Found sorting this issue out quite irritating as difficult to make your reps understand fully the problem when I could not plant any tulips u till I had the whole order

I have used Parkers for several years now I m usually not happy with something in every order from them Dried up bulbs is something I was not expecting from a bulb company I could go on and list the problems over the years but my advice is if you buy from them be careful what it is Some items are very small for the price

Always been impressed with quality but

Always been impressed with quality but this time have suffered in transport and broken Don t think hot weather has helped either as very dry and drooping on arrival Not sure how many will pick up but Clematis Empress and Ceanothus not looking good and 2 out of 6 Lavender looking very poor

Hope they get Better

Having had three orders from you two were brilliant plants The last order wasn t very good the count was correct but a lot of the plants were very small And haven t grown Plus difference plants were put in with the order just to make the count correct Had they been like the first orders would have been five stars

Below usual quality

Recent purchase not up to the usual standards and quite disappointed The bare root Pulmonaria Sissinghurst White were decaying quite small with traces of mould Will be interesting to see how they develop

Purchased several bare root roses spent over 100 on plants Sadly several roses were dead and dried out I did complain and they are sending replacement s but the ones that did get planted are also dying Better to go to a local garden centre and buy quality I know you maybe busy but sending out out dead plants is not good for your business im sure you will agree

very dissapointed with Brambley trees

very dissapointed with Brambley trees they are just i steam no branches Also still waiting for rest of order 2 Apple trees and 2 Cherry treesI checked emails every day for 2 weeks now The other Apple trees in order look fine Thank you Keep Safe Keep Well

This is the second time I have placed

This is the second time I have placed an order with this company The first time the plants came out a completely different colour from what had been ordered The second time bulbs were delivered that were mouldy and rotten Will not be ordering again

My order arrived with a bundle of beech

My order arrived with a bundle of beech whips that I didn t order while missing my strawberries I have not contacted parkers as this happened in the autumn with my hyacinth bulb order My confidence has been lost which after over 25 years of dealing is a shame

not impressed by the service this time some of the order was missing every time i telephoned i will given different messages it took over two months for the whole of the order to arrive it was unacceptable having to tell my customers that their order would be longer I have been ordering from Parkers for many years and might go elsewhere when doing the order this year
