Thanks for requesting my feedback Overall the bulbs were very good quality apart from just the Allium Sensation bulbs - which visibly looked just fine when you opened the brown paper back they came in - but upon handling them to plant them it became apparent that quite a few 20 were actually soft and mushy and so they went into the bin To be fair - I only realised the problem when I came to handle them to and so therefore your packers wouldn t have realised if they were handling them at speed So overall fine and I would use you again

This order partial order of bare root

This order partial order of bare root plants was a bit boarder line I only received 4 out of the 5 Dicentra roots and there was a lot of broken root pieces However there was at least 11 possibly 12 Echinacea vs the 10 ordered so I haven t done anything about complaining specifically

Too long to wait

I was disappointed with the time it took for the bulbs to arrive about 4weeks I rang earlier to ask when they would arrive and was told that there was a 28day delivery time as stated on the order I never saw this information anywhere when I placed the initial order It could be my fault for not seeing it but I think that time is a little too excessive

J Parker s is great when you get what you ordered unfortunately this is not always the case Efficient delivery and good customer service Due to the nature of the product some packing labelling mistakes are often not discovered until later in the growing season

The quality of the plants is excellent

The quality of the plants is excellent but our main concern is the quality of the couriers used who have damaged our orders on more than one occasion The plants have recovered but it has taken serious remedial work to restore them back to health It s a shame as J Parkers Wholesale are great to deal with and have such a wonderful selection of plants

Ordered back in February

Ordered back in February 10 x White Gaura 10 Geranium Rozanne with several other plants plugs however 8 x Gaura arrived only The 10 x G Rozanne have never arrived very disappointed as we re going to be centrepiece of a new clients small courtyard garden was offered a credit to my card

Delivery was very prompt the

Delivery was very prompt the hyacinths were beautiful so I will definitely be buying more of the same from you in the future however the big disappointment was for whatever reason the pheasant eye daffodils only produced leaves not a single flower appeared they were planted in 2 different areas of grass

Not a very good first impression

We received 10 bamboo plants in a large box but unfortunately the only side that said live plants this way up was on the side at the bottom and so they were in a heap at the bottom The pots were saturated with water and packed in plastic bags Fortunately although my first impression was that they were a right mess once unpacked and the damaged foliage removed the plants were mostly ok and they are recovering and putting out new growth now planted In fact the 3 really spindly ones have grown the most so despite our original concerns they look like they ll be ok

I was disappointed that the courier left the parcel on the step we were in at the timeHe could have left them in the hut on the left of the front door
