Nalan was excellent She was great to speak with and so helpful Understanding of little ones being noisy in the background She helped me ordering items that were available at different times which I was confused about until she clarified for me Nalan should be given a big pat on the back for her superior customer service

Christmas present disaster

I recently received a garden pot that was damaged through transit rendered pretty useless so was quick to contact early settler to inform them I received a reply the following day letting me know that a replacement was being despatched with a request for extra packaging for transit To be honest I was expecting email toing and froing so this came as such a pleasant surprise Well done early settler for your excellent customer service Edit and 2 days after receiving the email the replacement has arrived in much better shape

I purchased a stone table online all easy to do and wonderful Coming very soon couldn t believe how quickly So had to delay delivery Then you had a massive sale So I sent an email and Alison responded and I was able to buy the table at the sale price saving 345 Alison was incredibly helpful Thank you so much and I will be shopping again and recommending you to my friends

Great experience with online query We had missed a discount by a few days and sent through a quick query to check if we could get the discount even though it had just expired Nalan was incredible and helped us to secure the sofas we were interested in even throwing in the discount They were polite efficient quick and most of all incredibly helpful Could not have asked for better service 10 10 would use again

I purchased a new sofa from Early Settler three years ago I had some issues with my sofa and I emailed Customer Service Early Settler with my concerns and photos to confirm same Laura from Customer Service Early Settler responded straight away and she also spoke to me regarding my issue She responded promptly to all my emails and was extremely understanding and helpful This issue was resolved to my satisfaction I have been an Early Settler customer for years and purchased many products from their collection I highly recommend this company for their service and quality products
