ihad read previous reviews that were not so good but the price was to great to not try and I phoned customer service and got great service from Edcel fast and efficient then my product was shipped on the day it was due to arrive with a text message to say it was arriving The delivery personel made sure to carefully place the product out of the rain and to not damage product and the product itself was exactly what I had ordered Thank you very much I will not hesitate to order again
