Terrible company

Bought a pair of shoes but they ran very small Returned them paid for the additional shipping for an exchange and never received the exchange It has been probably six weeks and I have emailed them a dozen times I keep being told that they were getting it ready for shipping and have never received it yet I would suggest not utilizing this company at all

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM ALERT I ordered a jogging suit in early April I have written multiple times asking when the suit would be shipped because I ordered it for a specific event After my fourth email I asked to cancel the order That night I got tracking information but the tracking number was invalid Lesson learned but I warn you to please learn my my mistake and NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

BUYER BEWARE-you don t always get what is shown on the website

Ordered a one sleeve jumpsuit in a Large I already had the medium from another vendor The picture used on their website was the same pic as the jumpsuit that I already had so I thought I was safe The jumpsuit arrived and it was a total joke The fabric was different the cut of the sleeve was different and their were no cuffs or pleats in the bodice as in the original THIS STORE IS A SCAM WITH VERY CHEAP CLOTHES BUYER BEWARE

Scam ordered a dress on September 10th haven t heard anything they have blocked me from emailing them and money out of my account I wish they take the this company off every website the reviews are true and please don t take chance with this scam place run go somewhere else please

This company is a rip off

I ordered the thigh high black boots and never received them emailed the company 3 and nothing as yet I asked for my money back or resend my purchase They basically told me no on both and that they can t help me What kind of trash company is this This is ludicrous Unsatisfied and literally disappointed and disgusted with this company but I will get my 50 back legally

Scam Pissed

I am HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied the shoes came in a bag not a box the bow is significantly smaller than shown in the picture the straps are dirty It s painfully obvious that these shoes are held together by glue This was a waste of time and money now last min I have to find a replacement after waiting weeks for these shoes These pictures are false advertisement I hope no one else gets scammed out of their money I AM PISSED The shoes were not even worth trying on because they were awful straight out the package

I wish I could give zero stars I ordered some cow printed heels and the item took forever to arrive when it did arrive it was in a torn plastic bag with their brand on it no box at all The shoes were clearly used scratched up and of course a knock off of the real thing The print was very different than the pictures online the platform was thinner and the curve of the shoe was flatter rather than that ideal heal rise that most nice heels have Never order from them they clearly steal pictures

NEGATIVE STARS - BUYER BEWARE

Wish I could give ZERO or negative stars Will NEVER order again Quality was worse than Shein and they are SHADY about returns I requested return info and they offered me a gift card of 60 of the purchase price I declined because the piece of garbage they sent me couldn t be worn in public even if it fit After I declined the gift card they stopped responding I have now disputed the charge and will be getting my back and burning the piece of trash they sent me BUYERS BEWARE

Echoine is a rip off I made a order in late April 2023 promised delivery by may 14 2023 item was never received Several emails were sent to inquire about the items but was told to check tracking which I did along with contacting the post office Final email was sent on June 15 2023 still no response Don t waste your money with this company Scammers at it best
