Avoid slow delivery evasive contact

I can t review the product since it hasn t been delivered I d like to cancel but they only allow cancellation within 12 hours of the order yet notify delayed delivery more than 24 hours later There s no escape Where are the units coming from Don t be beguiled by the Union Jack flags which imply either local supply and or assembly As you d expect no easy contact facilities only formulated contact and ever so predictably no reply emails The scathing reviews here show my bad experience is not unique or even rare Buy from another company dealing with this outfit is simply too much hassle So they can t pretend I m not a customer the number is Order TRD-GB01202402001623

Scammed like so many others seem to have been Bought Qinux K8 drone which flies but is totally uncontrollable and therefore unusable Images grainy and useless - and it s impossible to locate the target before taking a picture Requests for a refund hit a brick wall Keep clear of this company

I made a purchase last night of a dehumidifier as found an advert online I ve since changed my mind and in spite of it barely being 12 hours I ve not been able to receive a refund I ve gone in a chat line with this company and they ve given me two fake numbers to contact in order to process a refund and I m very concerned I ve been scammed and would like a response regarding this urgently I am reading these reviews and wish I had read them before making a purchase This is very poor customer service and I would like to hear from them urgently and advise people not to advise their products even though they advertise them very well I would really appreciate a response from Ecomerzpro asap and a refund provided

Beware seems like a scam

Bought something from this company and wish I hadn t gone near them I d like to cancel but they only allow cancellation within 12 hours of the order There is no information on where this product is coming from and I have been sent a tracking link which doesn t provide any information at all No easy contact facilities and so far I havent received any replies I would recommend to steer clear of this company I have serious doubts about whether the birthday gift I bought for my partner from here will ever arrive It looks like I may have been scammed like others

Spoke to a person - and since no way to stop harassing calls

Spoke once to a person he wanted details i was not prepared to share He started to pester me I told him i was ending the call He still tried I said was going to be rude and hang up - and did so Ever since then there have been repeated calls - answered - blank Twice done - blank I now ignore and immediately block the number I have tried a Message to request they stop Still continue with different numbers Yesterday 30 calls in as many minutes Obviously keeping my number on a computer Email comes is undeliverable Complete scam - and bordering on Harassment

This company tells fibs Firstly they say they have not received my emails and now they say they received them and are waiting for my reply This is nonsense I repeat do not use this company

Do not order from this Company The product I bought to help with pins and needles in my feet has been no use to me Firstly the sticky patches came off and then it stopped working completely I have emailed twice but have received no reply Do not waste your money on anything they sell This is a scam preying on people s illnesses

Doesn t work no customer service Waste of money

I spent 49 on a foot massager as a present for my mums 75th birthday to help with her discomfort We charged it up but it would not work the lights come on then go off after about 10seconds We tried all sorts the instructions are writing in appalling english which didn t help I wrote to Ecomerz twice and am still awaiting a reply on how to return the product for refund Annoyingly I will have to go via credit card dispute Awful customer experience I would recommend avoiding this company s products
