Not happy at all took a while to get here yes I know about the virus only it arrived I was so happy but then I was so disappointed I got the watch all set up to go went for a walk no steps counted went to take my temperature nothing after that gave up with it I don t have a returns form or address where to get in touch with anyone so no not very happy please can you help

Hi i purchased your smart bracelet and it was delivered ok and worked for two weeks but the charging stopped working as the small metal strip for the usb charging hade fallen off it was not in charging port unless it is stuck in the strap i cannot find it surely this little metal strip should not have come off the bracelet is now useless I will send it back if i can have a return address and either a refund or another smart bracelet

I ordered two clear face shields in November at a cost of 39 00 I still have not received them I have sent several Emails but still had no reply The tracking system also doesn t help with the message unknown on it After receiving your message and replying Thank you for acting very quick lib giving a refund The quickness to the refund was impressive thank you

Following my review below I have provided the requested information at least twice but have not had response On the chat line I have had the same experience as another reviewer namely that no-one is available but I could leave a message Nobody has got back to me My shoes were also too small

I ordered some comfy shoes from this company They duly arrived but although they say they are size 40 they are much smaller than my other shoes of that size I emailed them about a replacement but have not heard from them although I am emailed constantly about other products Perhaps this review will result in a response

Just before Christmas I ordered a pair of BooJoy Winter Shoes size 6 They arrived just before Chrstmas but they finished up being far to small less than 6 Not wanting to waste any time I then ordered a pair of size 7 They arrived promptly but again were exactly the same size as previous I have now spent 138 with this company who are refusing to return any emails etc and again site says no one available leave a message

I m extremely concerned after reading these reviews Plus I m disgusted to read the company s reply to most comments is we have no record of your purchase That in itself makes me question them Normally I do my homework on a company before I buy but I admit I got sucked in by a very good ad campaign Now I m wondering if the 2 torches I ve just paid top dollar for are really just cheap knock offs They gave no info when I bought them that they would take so long to arrive or that they come from China I still haven t received them and will come back to let you know if they are cheap copies I have a feeling they will be I received my items within hours of writing the above comments So this is my opinion - the package did arrive quite fast 2 torches each came in a small case They work and go through the different lighting features like strobe s o s etc Is it the quality they advertised No I could have bought the same torch for a quarter of the price at the local hardware store So all in all there is no doubt they are a genuine company but they will sell you inferior products at a considerably higher price So DO NOT buy from them I just wasted 100 Purchased from Australia Part 2 to this ridiculousness - after reading the reply from this company 1- they did not send me a private message at all Putting my order details here seems to be the only way to respond which is ridiculous My order details - Tactical Flashlight TRD-AU01202310000005 No matter what they respond to this even if it s a return and refund doesn t change the fact they are using false advertising to sell inferior quality products at a huge price It doesn t change messing buyers around and wasting their time not to mention causing stress because you can t use your product how you wanted to because it s a cheap piece of rubbish I refuse to waste more time or energy on this Point in fact is we as consumers must take responsibility for researching thoroughly with sites like Trustpilot before we purchase anything online Every time

Ordered a Qinux 4K drone Arrived in 18 days The enclosed instructions were difficult to understand and the illustrations of both the drone and the controller did not match what had been sent It was difficult to discover if the battery was charged and soon appeared to fail completely Although not stated on the website or in any instructions the drone needs a 5G phone or tablet to operate and take photos and videos My phone was 4G and so I could not operate the camera I contacted Customer Support and generally received accpetable service When I stated that I wished to return the drone and receive a full refund I was told I did not have to return the drone and a full refund was paid into my bank the same day It is a pity that the drone did not match the Customer Service

You have responded asking me to respond to a private message WHAT PRIVATE MESSAGE I have also raised a complaint on ECOMERZPRO web-site and not received a response from there either FYI search TRD - GB01202210000935 - 2022-10-28Updated 23 11 2022I bought 2 Qinux Drone 4k and as a previous reviewer wrote the instructions were non-existant The hand control was different from the instructions I have tried to find a number email for customer support but have failed The invoice shows a telephone number in Madrid Spain I want to return them as they are not fit for the purpose I was seeking How do I talk to Ecomerzpro about this

I got sucked in by a Best Review that turned out to be an advert for a Chinese company selling BEATFY 360 Bluetooth speaker Too late I paid my money and then looked at the reviews The speaker did arrive so not 1 star but the sound quality is awful and easily beaten by similar priced speakers My mistake and an expensive one but at least I hope I can save someone else from making the same mistake
