Ordered a Smart Doorbell Unfortunately wasn t suitable for us Emailed them got immediate responses After sending supporting photos they offered a replacement or refund We opted for the refund and it was processed immediately Can t fault the Customer Services

Despite people saying this company is a scam sells bad products or is a fake company my experience contradicts that I received my heater in 2 weeks although customer service did not respond until 10 days after I messaged them and the heater works well

I recently purchased a smart door cam from Ecom which was delivered quite quickly after the order was placed When I received the product I realised it was not what I needed for my particular circumstances when I contacted customer service and explained my position Ecom offered 4 solutions to choose from after I had chosen to return the product they apologised and refunded my money immediately Superb and efficient customer orientated service I cannot recommend them enough

I bought an Intense Pulsed Light unit for permanent hair removal The price was very competitive The unit which arrived had a fault and when I contacted the seller Ecomerzpro they asked me to send a video of the fault I did this and they offered to send me a new unit It arrived and works perfectly I have complete confidence in buying from this company again Great service Thanks James

Contrary to previous posts I ordered three Beam Hero head lamps on 08 05 2022 and all three have arrived safe and sound 25 05 2022 I was able to follow tracking right to my doorstep and product is exactly what I ordered As far as I am concerned the service has been AAA Well done Ecomerzpro thank you for your prompt service

I purchased from this company and noticed how they were drawing your attention to their returns policy which I took with the usual very very large pinch of salt Unfortunately there was an issue with the product my first thought was here we go I didn t hold much hope of a satisfactory resolution or even a resolution at all I reluctantly sent an email at 6 30am stating my issue and more or less put it on the back burner I was amazed to find by 8 30am I had a reply Rather than go on for an hour I can say that within four hours I was offered 3 ways to resolve the problem I chose to have a refund and return the goods The whole experience was resolved within less than 8 hours and I was refunded with my money back in my Bank in full I would be happy to make future purchases from this company without hesitation 1st class customer service as I have never experienced before absolutely Top rate Thank you for your A1 service I will recommend this company to anyone Yours gratefully Graham Marshall

CAR PHONE CHARGER Recieved my I phone car charger but I have an iPhone pro 12 This charger is not suitable for this size phone as too small Trying to send back but keeping going around in circles Keeps requesting a replacement which I don t want Have bought other products through Ecomerzpro have been very happy with their service Please help me return this product Regards

I ordered the smart doorbell then worried after reading the reviews I needn t have It arrived safely 10 days later I already have a robot vacuum on the Tuya app so had some knowledge of how to connect to it Connected the video doorbell and tested it out The video quality is really good I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bell Happy my experience was a good one Thank you
