One short phone-call

Due to one-off circumstances including an international phone call and a need to use much more data than usual I ran into my 25 credit limit this month and my data service was suspended One short phone call later and my credit limit has been raised to 50 confirmed by an immediate text message and my data service resumed I also arranged for my account to be upgraded to a lot more data at the end of the current month The woman I spoke to was clear efficient patient and helpful Having read the bad reviews here and been a little alarmed my faith in Ecotalk is completely restored

Very friendly and excellent service

I ve been buying my energy from Ecotricity for many years because they were the only company offering 100 renewable energy and their service is very good My opinion was boosted further after reading Dale Vince s book Manifesto - Battle for a Green Britain Consequently I decided to try Ecotalk for my mobile phone as their rates are very good and I ve found their signal strength is very good in most places Recently I had a technical problem after returning from abroad and spoke to Shannon and Kate as it wasn t obvious if it was a phone or network problem They were both very friendly and helpful and gave great advice that helped to diagnose and rectify the problem The response time to my calls was virtually immediate and it was great speaking to real people instead of machines

I had the greatest customer support by Lauren on an issue with missed calls to my mobile Lauren spent a lot of time investigating possible causes trying to help with my mobile settings and making sure the issue was not due to any EcoTalk connection issues I m a happy and grateful customer

If only all companies were this good

Very little waiting time for my call to be connected So easy to get through to an advisor Jasmine was very efficient and answered my queries without hesitation Cannot fault the service today thank you -

I signed up for Ecotalk as they are recommended by Ethical Consumer and that is important to me And at a very competitive price too which is brilliant I have had a really positive experience everything well explained good communication excellent customer service with lovely Shannon my calls are answered without any waiting at all it is absolutely wonderful and I am delighted with the switch Thank you and I will highly recommend
