I have been with Ecotricity for well over 10 years in two homes using both gas and electric The transfer went easily on moving now have a Smart meter that I love I can deal with my accounts all online make payments etc Thanks Ecotricity for making it so simple clear and easy to do I would not change - I have always had great service when others have said they could provide a like for like service they have failed miserably Thanks for all you do as a company

I spoke to Olivia yesterday about switching my supplier to Ecotricity and she was super helpful and kind and worked through all my queries in a patient and engaged way The customer service is always excellent with this company Top marks

They lowered my Direct Debit payment quickly and efficiently A very responsibly-run firm taking all aspects of the climate crisis very seriously to the extent of using all Renewable Energy and indeed producing their own and encouraging customers to do the same Fossil fuel energy is totally avoided and the use of fossil fuels is loudly denounced

Completely fuss free and excellent green credentials

We found Ecotricity were neck and neck with Octopus energy on sustainability and ethics so did further research before switching We concluded that Ecotricity stole the show having the most renewable energy production among other things so we went with them Switching was absolutely fuss free and minimal effort We re delighted that we ve finally gone green

Not only is this company doing great things for the environment they are restoring my faith in humanity as well This is not a big organisation full of trained human automatons These people are allowed to be real As well as this I didn t just feel like a customer either I felt real after talking with an Ecotricity employee Woo hoo

I switched back to Ecotricity today after being a previous customer in 2018 Sam C S was extremely clear straightforward and friendly including informing me of the Ofgem standards that protected me from exit fees stated by my current provider Very pleased to be back with a decent power company
