I had trouble getting my in-home display working since the smart meters were installed but Allison was very diligent in following up with the engineering team to get it running and today everything is working fine Thanks very much for your excellent service

I had reason to change companies from one to another after buying a property and found myself in a situation with a better financial arrangement with my previous company Although a complex situation to deal with in terms of paperwork I found that Claire handled the situation in a very professional manner and at a speed that is of credit to her employers Well done Claire and thank you When your company are able to offer a similar deal to what I have I will use them because of your personal ability and understanding
