The whole experience from the start was great Rebecca McCue Martin supported me in getting my order sorted Her communication was excellent I always knew what needed to be done and the support and advice were top-class Whenever I called she was there I highly recommend them and I think Rebecca is a credit to the team there

Overall experience with the company was good I had some issues with pricing which was not truly reflected on the website but overall the experience communication etc were good A special shout out to the agent Amad he was very good Kept in contact throughout and updated even when there was nothing to update Called when something urgent was required but mostly communicated via e-mail 5 for over experience and how I was managed

Ordered my first EV via The Electric Car Scheme I ve ordered a number of cars in my time and I must say the experience has been 2nd to none Chay Godfrey was my point of contact throughout the process and he was absolutely brilliant Honesty transparent and also very informative throughout from the vehicle selection point of view through to details around home charger and advising on the best suited charger to my home energy tariff Next step is for my car to arrive and I can t wait Thanks team
