I ordered a Hyundai Kona from Love Electric at the start of April 2024 and it arrived earlier this week I was kept informed of the progress of my order regularly by email received a courtesy call from Chanel the fleet manager a few days after the delivery to my workplace to find out how the delivery went no issues at all Chanel also assured me that if there were any issues going forward I could contact them very happy with the service

Overall really great buying experience

Overall really great buying experience with Love Electric Picking the car was really easy set up delivery and understanding how the whole scheme works Really happy with the car arrival and getting the chance to drive an EV The only negative experience I had was the employee who was following-up to get the documents signed to have the car pre-ordered was a little too pushy after explaining multiple times our HRD who would sign-off was on holiday and therefore would need to wait and made me feel like I ll lose the the car if not signed even though it weas out of my control I d recommend there being some form of leniency in these types of rare circumstances Price was great car arrived VERY quickly which I was happy about in great condition and then follow-up from Love Electric to ensure all is well was 10 10 I have now recommended it to my mums work
