Terrible service and zero customer service - avoid
Bed finally arrived over a week late however my son is very pleased with the mattress therefore updated my review Please Emma get your delivery issues sorted as this is what s letting your company down My son ordered an Emma mattress on the 31st January the estimated delivery date was the 2nd - 7th February which tied in nicely with his new bed arriving It is now the 11th February and despite contacting their customer services via chat no update on delivery He now has a double bed with no mattress Looking at the reviews on here so wish we hadn t bothered as looks as though he could be waiting weeks Have now started a complaint through Resolver and looks like will have to cancel and get a refund back to our credit card if it doesn t come this week
