Easy and smooth ordering had a bit of a hiccup with the scheduled delivery but contacted matttressman and they made it right very quickly great customer service New bed is very comfy and was quite easy to put together with no parts missing and good instructions

The original mattress did not turn up on the day due This was not the fault of Mattressman Mattressman call me to inform that the delivery company had lost the mattress They offered to send me another one on the next day As I am retired is not a big deal for me to stay in for delivery This mattress arrived on the next day I have made previous purchases from them so happy with their service and their prices are competitive
