Avoid Emma sleep no items delivered

Ordered my emma mattress over a month ago now originally with an estimated delivery time of a week Received an email from emma sleep on the first of March to say my order had been dispatched Waited a further week for the courier to contact me and arrange a date Contacted emma sleep who replied that they were waiting for my mattress to be dispatched from the warehouse and it was my other items that the courier had received Received another email off emma saying my mattress had been despatched waited waited still no courier contact regarding a delivery date I sent another email to emma asking them where my order is which they replied they were waiting for my mattress to be dispatched from the warehouse This is getting absolutely ridiculous now as I feel that it is just a generic email reply from emma and emma sleep are just sleeping on my money Wish id read the reviews on Trustpilot first Avoid this company

Extremely poor communication regarding

Extremely poor communication regarding delivery both to me and within the company I have since received the same meaningless email from them several times Having spent so long trying to gain useful answers I would never buy from Emma again nor recommend them to anyone Appalling service and very disappointing

Buyer beware - disappointing mattress experience

We ordered the 140x200cm Emma Premium Memory Hybrid mattress from Mattressnextday based on Which reviews and comments on other websites However the mattress still has not fully inflated after 4 days lying on the bed frame This is despite being advised it should take 4-6 hours but to allow 24 hours It now appears the manufacturer has said we have to wait 14 DAYS to see if it fully inflates under their terms and conditions Both websites have misleading information As we have guests staying this weekend and Easter weekend we have no choice but to use it even though it is only 18-20cm inflated rather than 25cm There is a clear fold line in the middle of the mattress and the material is saggy This is so disappointing and frustrating

Unacceptable delays

Made my order on the 2 03 24 with delivery due by the 8th Still haven t received my order 13 days after the delivery date Phoned several times only to hear the same excuse that there s a problem at the warehouse I ve been promised an email to update me on the actual reason for the delay and some kind of indication of dates but nothing The customer service department clearly doesn t have enough supply chain visibility to properly inform customers

Continued WHERE S MY ORDER

update Emma have no clue when my order will be dispatched but they are still selling the item with the same 2- 5 day lead time Beware Terrible service Still no delivery No tracking number No carrier information NO EMAIL FROM EMMA Overseas Customer service say they will help but NOTHING HAS CHANGED still says processed passed the delivery date I ve sent 3 emails to Customer Service recieved ZERO replies Can you REPLY to my emails please not just saying you will in a review so you look better

Poor value poor quality poor service

I bought a mattress for around 600 Firstly it arrived a week later than advertised Then I was disappointed to find the quality was really quite poor Made of cheap synthetic materials and poorly constructed It was thin and uncomfortable and very poor value for money Anyway I fairly quickly decided to return it using the 200 night guarantee It was collected nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund I m probably going to have to chargeback with my credit card provider What a lot of hassle very poor experience

Dreadful mattress number 3 they now want some kind odd serial number situated somewhere on the mattress I can t even lift the thing

My parcel was delivered to the wrong

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address worse than that was the total lack of customer service or communication in locating my delivery I was told to walk round my near neighbours looking for the door that was in the image like it was my responsibility to locate it There has been no follow up from Emma or their haulier even though I was advised that a follow up call would take place I won t be returning

You have our money we don t have our purchases

5 weeks later and we still have no idea when our items will arrive This is the second time that we have bought from Emma Sleep as we love the mattresses but we must be gluttons for punishment We are currently in correspondence with Emma Sleep s support team but what we receive are very polite emails which are of no help whatsoever They provide no certainty or give any useful information other than they are investigating the causes and that s where it ends Time and time again We have paid good money upfront for items which are nowhere to be seen and still we receive further sales emails from Emma Sleep I believe that Emma take orders without knowing when the customer will receive their purchases An estimated date is given but this is meaningless Emma obviously don t care about their customers only their bottom line What a totally rubbish service Shame on you Emma Sleep

Shocking quality for price

Got the premium next gen mattress in King size very poor quality really thin the springs feel like there popping threw and the walls are weak so u roll off the mattress easy in your sleep safe to say its going back and the original memory pillows are really thin again not good for the price
