I ordered a mattress for moving house and unfortunately couldn t specify a date for delivery and it ended up being 3 days after I moved in so I had a divan bed but no mattress for 3 nights sleeping on sofa 2 nights then with no real warning got an email it was being delivered on the day of delivery so lucky I was in The video shows just put the box on the bed tip out mattress remove plastic and it unrolls I had to struggle to get the box to bedroom as delivery was only just inside my door haul it onto the bed try to get the mattress out - all incredibly heavy and not helped by the fact I m disabled and at such short notice with no time of delivery stated I couldn t get help I got the initial plastic off and thought the mattress would unroll the way it was rolled up but suddenly it started opening across the bed It was wrapped in more plastic so no access to the handles until I had got some of that off to find the handles and try to haul it round onto the bed the right way Then it unfurled springs side up so had to try to turn a king size mattress on my own as well Once on the mattress didn t smell at all and is the most comfortable mattress I ve ever slept on I have ME and fibromyalgia so spend a lot of time in bed and have widespread body pain but this mattress has made my life a lot easier Even during a weekend of ME crash where I slept about 20 hours a day and could barely function I wasn t tossing and turning trying to get comfortable on my new mattress and felt supported throughout my body in any position Yes I was still in pain but nothing like the added pain from unsupportive mattress memory foam not forgetting your position quickly I ve had in the past I ve been recommending my bed to everyone and with the discounts during the sale I even saved about 300 and it put the mattress at much more like generic spring mattress price so even better value for money

The customer agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about what topper would suit my needs Placing my was easy and I received the item before the expected delivery date The topped is so comfortable giving me a great night s sleep

Easy to order Flip Topper good quality product prompt delivery with tracking undoubtedly comfortable but jury still out for me on whether it has really helped my sleep related back problems

After spending 2 months in hospital we bought the mattress as a treat and to help me convalesce I was so surprised at how good a sleep I had The only thing that I can say negative is that I find it hard to just sit on the edge of the mattress because it is so soft Who thought someone would complain about this lol But I love bedtime now though

I ordered an Emma mattress a few months ago and wasn t quite as comfortable as my previous spring one but with a topper is quite good The biggest fault I found is that is it obviously designed by a man who has never made a bed All the mattresses I have had in the last 60 years have had a strip horizontally across the mattress to lift I when changing the sheet This one has a silly little loop at the wrong angle which puts a strain on your back Get that right and it s not a bad buy

Fast delivery Comfortable topper Only thing that lets it down for me is that it does not keep you as cool as I had expected after reading the details on your sales site

I was a bit dubious after purchasing until the mattress arrived Once paid everything went very quiet from Emma and I kept seeing bad reviews online about people not receiving their goods I had one email to say sorry there was delay and three days later a text message to say my mattress was being delivered the next day Very pleased with the mattress I think communication could be better

I was slightly disappointed with my mattress it wasn t what I expected it would be it doesn t fit on my base to well which is the right size as I measured before I brought and you sort of get into it not on to it It keeps you warm in this cold weather but I m waiting to see how it behaves in the hot weather as if it doesn t keep you cool I m afraid it will be returned under the terms and conditions as I do suffer in the summer with the heat So the mattress is ok But very different to what I thought I was buying and I wouldn t have brought it without the money back guarantee

Buying a pillow is a minefield I m a side sleeper and previously had a wedge mf pillow which I adored No longer available sadly However this pillow with its 3 separate elements is giving me pretty good sleep The pillow also has a cooling feel to it which is clever I m mostly happy with this pillow Oddly only one of the elements is memory foam but I don t think that negatively affects the performance I think the price is perhaps a bit steep given how little memory foam is in it but there again perhaps that is just good design Importantly it gives me good sleep
