Very dissatisfied with my pillow

Very dissatisfied with my pillow purchase In the past I am have bought two mattresses from Emma and was really happy with them I thought the pillow too would be of similar level of quality However it was not After two days the pillow has become almost flat when I sleep on it and does not support my head As result it puts a lot of load on my neck and shoulder I am a side sleeper

What a shame

What a shame Emma mattress was highly recommended to us but we got caught up in whatever their current ordering problems are No sign of any mattress after three months no order updates annoying interactions with the ChatBot and finally two attempts to get a refund which was eventually paid

If you have PATIENT to wait for your mattress do chose Emma Sleep

I feel very impatient as I have been caught in a circular situation by EMMA SLEEP and their partner courier as we have been waiting for almost 4months since I ordered on 27 November 2023 I decided to cancel my orders on 20 March 2024 and be informed that the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase I hope I will get my refund within 7-14 working days as they promised

Order missing

Ordered with an estimated delivery date of 4-7 days from date of order 3 weeks on and the order still hadn t been dispatched status was UPS label created but UPS had not received the package yet Called customer service to query who in turn contacted UPS who advised they had lost the package from the warehouse Options given were to a wait for the warehouse to investigate or b adviser put in a new job order meaning clock for dispatch restarts Asked for refund and advised it will take up to 2 weeks to process No confirmation of refund or cancellation provided nor any updates on order status Would avoid and order elsewhere

Ordered a mattress and cover on the 3rd

Ordered a mattress and cover on the 3rd March they advertised delivery within 3 to 5 days This was a dishonest act by the company Today is the 23rd March and the carrier has still not received the mattress even though Emma Sleep claims it has been dispatched They have a Call Centre staffed by very polite employees that informed me they passed on my messages to their warehouse but still no progress in a delivery Out of 4 contact forms sent to the company only one reply which appeared to be written by AI If the Emma Mattress company had stated up to 4 weeks for your delivery I would have still placed the order as they sell a good product What I object to is false advertising on fulfilling deliveries

Would never go near this company again Ordered a mattress 8 weeks ago and not even been given a delivery date If you actually managed to get through to customer services they are absolutely zero help USE ANOTHER PROVIDER AVOID EMMA

Delivery nightmare and false advertising

Only ordered my emma mattress because it said delivery in 2-5 days now a week later my mattress is lost somewhere between the emma warehouse and the ups depot now they have re-ordered it so another weeks wait Where do I sleep in the meantime And according to their customer services helpline they are being inundated with problems like these Appalling way to treat customers they came recommended to me well I won t be recommending them to anyone

We should have read the reviews We ordered a mattress with the promise of a 2-5 day delivery back at the end of Feb They ve clearly known about the delays due to the volume of customers on here complaining for months about it Why haven t you updated your delivery ETA s on your website Why are you still taking customers money and not delivering their items Surely this is a trading standards matter False advertising

Emma has been so far worst experience

Emma has been so far worst experience to get your money refunded My initial post dated 8th March I mentioned that the money was not refunded even after collecting the mattress on 12th Feb Got a very pleasant email however in practice its all fake promises To date 23rd March almost 40 days after the mattress was collected i have not been refunded Please DONT TRUST EMMA and waste your time and Money

We bought 2x mattresses for Emma 3

We bought 2x mattresses from Emma 3 years ago One of them subsequently became faulty to the point you can actually roll into a dip I sent all the information via email and they seemed quick to respond even claimed it was getting ready for delivery for a replacement but since Jan we have had radio silence Pacified on the phone and fail to respond to any emails I send so much for a 10 year guarantee I wouldn t bother ordering anything from this company how they treat customers is shocking
