I m now waiting on my 3rd mattress as the first 2 have both ended up with dips in them Fingers crossed for number 3 or this will go back as well

Bad experience overall Bought a mattress from Emma Sleeps on finance They advised the delivery time was up to 6 weeks After 6 weeks no sign of the mattress so I contacted them and they told me they can t say when it will be delivered as theres no delivery time on the system I had to phone them 3-4 times before I recieved my delivery They had already started taking payments for the mattress as soon as I purchased the mattress I received the mattress 4 weeks later than the delivery date they initially advised so overall I waited 10 weeks before receiving my mattress The mattress is softer than I imagined I would not purchase from them again

Estimated delivery 12th to 15th march after i ordered on the 10th march still no sign of it no email to say its dispatched and after spending 900 pound id expect to be kept in the loop no dates for estimated delivery on the last email just courier info and says order processed

The delivery of the mattresses was really late and there was no communication that they will be delayed until I had to follow up I paid for the premium delivery which claims to bring the mattresses to the rooms of choice and pick up the old mattresses from rooms of choice Despite paying for it the delivery driver was so rude and did not bring the new mattresses to the room When I complained they agreed to refund the delivery money that I had paid which was to be reflected within 7-10 days After 14 days I had not yet received the refund so I contacted them again and they then refused to give a refund since they said that since the mattresses were picked up which they were already aware of prior to saying that they will refund the money they could not give it Despite the mattresses being comfortable I would never recommend using their services since they are deceitful and do not communicate well Order number 0006-FYFQTX

My girlfriend purchased an Emma Mattress delivery was fine the mattress arrived and was of good quality However the premium mattress itself is hard as a rock It s fine if your body is flat and you don t have shoulders but should you have wide shoulders and a narrow waist then prepare to have to use pillows as additional padding under your body We did reach out to Emma and received an additional mattress insert which was mean to soften it up But that insert was about 2cm of foam so really not impressive I would recommended against this mattress as there are much more comfortable offers on the market

I bought a pillow a few months ago and it was great then I bought the same pillow again and that one was stiff and horrible You cannot sleep on it as it s too hard Not sure why there is such a difference between the same pillow

Dirt on the mattress edge inside the shrink wrap which can t be removed Wrapping very difficult to get into Two weeks plus for chemical smell to go off

Update NO EMAIL received spoke to customer service still not dispatched still no tracking number or carrier info I ordered on 11th March order status still says processed no delivery date or carrier named Last delivery date today 18th but still not despatched The chat bot only shows the obvious answers which are already available

Purchased Diamond Hybrid Mattress from Furniture Village Delivery and service was good but after using it for few months started to experience shoulder and back pain Contacted Emma about the issue and I was informed to buy light topper for extra cost considering already paid 900 for the mattress Comfort Layer which is provided by Emma for free to resolve this problems are out of stock for months and nobody can tell when they will be in stock

Basically echoing what other negative reviews have already said I placed the order in the first week of March 2 and a half weeks later the mattress is still in their warehouse waiting to be picked up by UPS I emailed them twice asking for an ETA got an alleged helpful customer service person telling me he chased it up that was 2 days ago still nothing I will give it couple more days after that I am getting my refund TLDR if you really want your hands on a mattress you might have better luck with somewhere else
