Well made bed and I ve had it about a month Thought the mattress would be super comfy after reading reviews and blog on website but it s not comfy at all far too firm and I wake up with bad backache Very disappointed and I wish I hadn t bought it

I did not like the fact that I was only told when the mattress was coming on the day I was originally given a window of about 4 days and told the delivery company would be in contact I would have liked a weeks notice of the day it was coming to arrange for somebody to be there

Emma mattress people emailed me to day asking that I be open and transparent when reviewing on the net I have been throughout and have been very careful to be factual and accurate at all times Today I booked a delivery slot for my replacement mattress the internet clearly is useful for highlighting issues and securing a resolution albeit slowly on Emma s part for what should have been a simple task none the less they have managed it

Have just put my mattress on to inflate so cant comment on sleep yet but arrived in a just about held together box Luckily the mattress so far doesnt seem damaged but i sent pics of the way this 750 pound mattress was delivered and got a meagre apology No wonder it wont let me put pics on here

Update 20 03 24Afer reading my review customer service got in touch and told me that they d escalated my case my mattress was delivered yesterday No instructions in the box but a quick look on the emma website told me that I had to unpack it and leave it a couple of hours to inflate I ll be trying it tonight Thanks to customer services for chasing up the order I ordered and paid in full for a mattress and pilow on 1st March I received the pillow on 7th March but no mattress I ve checked the tracking and been told that UPS are waiting for the mattress After emailing customer service I ve now been told that they have created a new order for my mattress however when I try to track the order it says that no order exists I don t want to request a refund as I ve read horror stories of people being unable to obtain one I just want the mattress that I ve paid hundreds of pounds for

One of the things that I did not like is the cost -the pillow is so expensive It has taken me a while to begin to feel comfortable because the pillow feels hard to me But I need something firm because I am having a lot of problems with my neck I liked the fact that you can return the pillow if you are dissatisfied with it

We have had our Emma mattress for 3 5 years and for the first 3 years it was 5 stars - best sleep we ve had no aches and pains in the morning well worth the money Unfortunately it hasn t lasted the mattress is now not as comfortable has compacted with light dips where you sleep not enough to meet the 2 5cm dip required for the 10 year guarantee although I ll keep monitoring My main complaint though is Customer Service I emailed stating the mattress wasn t as comfortable anymore and could I get a discount on a topper and they offered me a special 5 discount raised to 8 when I laughed Looking for a topper elsewhere

I ordered the hybrid premium mattress from Emma s website but it took some time to arrive despite saying between 3 and 5 days So I had to chase up after it by phone Soon after the mattress arrived however I was disappointed with it as it was too soft and didn t have enough support it was mainly made of bouncy springs topped by a thin layer of sponge 5cm I soon had to contact them for a replacement but they said they can only do refunds There was a mattress called Diamond which was much better and firmer at Furniture Village but unfortunately you couldn t buy it direct from emma I wish all types were available direct from the manufacturer At the end I bought Tempur but would have bought emma diamond if it was offered in exchange I don t understand why some types are only available through a third party when emma can cut the cost by selling them direct to their customers

The mattress is obviously really great quality and I love the washable cover and carbon-credentials compared to other brands but it s been off gassing like an in-house chemical factory since it arrived a few weeks ago and personally I find it too hard and uncomfortable I wouldn t have purchased it if I d have had a chance to try first

Very disappointed my cool pillow doesn t seem to stay cool I m menopausal and also suffer with migraines and hoped this pillow would help Unfortunately it doesn t help with either And my sinuses are playing up with being too low as well Very disappointed
