Great experience from start to finish

I had a great experience renting a GoPro from Envio They even added in some accessories specific to the activity I was doing which was a very nice touch Easy process from start to finish I will use them again in future I m sure

Hired the Epson photo scanner

Hired the Epson photo scanner Initially the adaptor it came with did not work with my laptop Jack at Envio painstakingly helped source me one that worked Amazing customer service

This is a brilliant company

This is a brilliant company with excellent customer service I rented a V850 to scan decades of family negatives and was given a free extension so I am a happy customer and will certainly use this company again for the next project scanning130 years of photos Delivery and collection were faultless and my deposit was processed immediately It was fantastic to have use of the scanner without having to buy it Well done Envio Rentals

Superb service from Start to Finish

Superb service from Start to Finish really easy to place the order box arrived all in time no issues with scanning and was able to get through over 5 000 images scanned in a week Such precious memories not safely archived

Very helpful service Would use Envio Rentals again

Jack from Envio Rentals went above and beyond when I had an issue with the courier company The issue was completely outwith the control of Envio Rentals nonetheless Jack could not have been more helpful The scanner we rented was great - absolutely no issues Would definitely use Envio Rentals again

Exactly what was needed

The service was everything it said on the tin - the scanner arrived on time and was very easy to set up and get going I was able to scan something in the order of 2500 photos in a matter of hours The thing that took the most time was identifying and sorting them into folders - but that was personal choice Returning the equipment was also very easy although finding a post office was the hardest thing Overall an excellent experience

Really great service from Envio

Really great service from Envio I scanned nearly 10 000 photos within a week using their excellent scanner and it s taken a weight off my mine The whole process of hiring the scanner was painless and efficient I m now thinking of hiring a slide scanner

All went smoothly

I rented a slide negative scanner It arrived a few days early which was helpful as I had 100 s of slides to scan Tip take a photo of the box contents BEFORE unpacking you ll need it when re-packing It took me a little while to set it up but only because I hadn t read all the instructions fully I did phone the office with a question they were very helpful The scanner worked fine and sending the box back afterwards was straightforward I would rent from them again based on this experience

Excellent service

I rented a slide scanner from Envio and the service was faultless The device was delivered on time and worked really well It was easy to set up and download the required software The telephone help was also good when I hit a snag which I subsequently realised was a problem with my computer set up All in all I would highly recommend Envio Rentals

Easy rental and return Better than buying

I was going to buy the Epson FastFoto FF-680W but found a rental option online instead through Envio Rentals so I thought I d give it a try The process for renting online was easy and it was delivered fast Instructions provided were easy and I was up and running very quickly Over the course of about 5 days I was able to scan in about 4 000 photos - saving me a lot of time Returning the equipment couldn t be easier I had a great experience
