Superb rental company

Superb rental company and delivered a day early at no extra cost to ensure I had it for my vacation Renting couldn t of been easier and any questions were answered immediately All the necessary GoPro accessories were provided including a dive housing which was perfect for my vacation in the Galapagos Returns were simple it really couldn t of been simpler I will definitely be back next time I need a GoPro

Fantastic customer service

An incredibly useful service - I rented a scanner for a few days to digitise old photos and so did not have to buy one Excellent customer service Envio Rentals answered my queries very quickly and were extremely helpful sorting out any issue I had They were flexible on their return date enabling me to finish the job I had startedProbably the best company I have dealt with in a very long time Highly recommended

Very easy process from start to finish

Very easy process from start to finish Scanned hundreds of photos and documents very quickly and easily Chat line very useful as I got stuck with downloading software initially but they were very helpful and I soon got the hang of it

Exceptional Service and a Suoer Scanner

Super from start to finish After a lot of thought into how I could digitilise our families pictures a scanner was the best idea as we have thousands I rented for 3 days and it actually arrived about 3 days prior to rental It was super quick and the quality on the laptop is outstanding I wish I had prepared our photos before as a lot still in the flip albums and very time consuming removing them Tip Postage and packaging awesome Thank you 5

Very efficient and convenient

Very efficient and convenient the item arrived the day before our start date so we could test learn how to use it in advance Returning was equally easy put it back in the box reveal the return address and drop it off at DPD Return was acknowledged quickly and deposit returned within a couple of days

Great product great service

The photo scanner I hired was a great piece of equipment and made a huge job much simpler The packaging was robust instructions were clear and re-packing and returning it was easy First time I have used Envio or hired anything like this and would definitely do it again

Excellent customer service

The carpet cleaner was delivered early After a bit of fiddling about and not managing to get it going customer support video called to talk me through it The carpet hose turned out to be faulty I was offered immediate replacement and collection The upholstery connection worked perfectly so despite it being a hard work I managed to do the job with this Had the floor head been working it would have been perfect Despite this the machine cleaned brilliantly Although I would leave less stars for the faulty floor head customer service like this always gets 5 stars in my book I will use them again in the future
