On holiday I had one evening and the following morning to metal detect I was given privilege on a farm I was staying at not near any town When I went out in evening the metal detector would power down for low battery every couple of minutes In the morning it would power down about every 20 seconds It was not useable and caused much frustration I wished I would have known to buy batteries beforehand to avoid this or better yet I wish the metal detector came fully charged

It was so expensive for what it was I paid 85 for a 4 night loan which ended up being 500 pounds

Very good but had a few technical issues Staff helpful resolving them

Great service and product Delivery could have been a like quicker but apart from that very efficient

Easy to book Slide scanner works very well Only 4 stars because the device arrived 2 days late but env o extended the hire automatically The whole process worked very well

Great service Auto scanner was very simple to set up and equally easy to use Probably could have done with a couple more cleaning wipes Worth remembering that the pre-paid return cannot be made via a Post Office Sorting Office which is where I normally drop off parcels with pre-paid postage In my case it wasn t too much of an issue to go to a Post Office Counter Would definitely use this service again

Great service Scanner delivered on agreed day and time easy to install easy to scan and very easy to send back Giving a 4 star only because I would ve liked the pictures scanned to have a bit more resolution used the highest resolution possible for that scanner and it was still a bit blurry but in all honesty the pictures still look awesome Memories I now keep forever in my drive wherever I go Even managed to scan a few physical documents which was great Thanks Envio Rentals team for a great service

Great service by Envio Rentals is was just a shame Parcel Force resulted in the scanner arriving a day late after I stayed home the whole day waiting Also impressed with the return method just peal off the existing shipping label and drop it to the post office Someone has obviously thought long and hard about making their customers life simple I wish all companies with do this

Great dealing with Envio to rent the Epson photo scanner which was a doddle to use with software that brought old photos back to life once again and it was so well packaged when it was delivered The website is so easy and informative to book your rental too I just have one minor niggle hence the 4 stars instead of 5 From the moment you book your rental you are kept well informed about the delivery and information about using the device Once you return it are totally forgotten about Bearing in mind you re responsible for returning a highly valuable machine you would think that an email from either DPD to say its been picked up from the Post Office and its on its way back or an email from Envio to say they ve received it would be useful My machine was posted back a week ago and I can only assume Envio have got it And no the emails aren t in my spam folder Shame the end experience ruined the whole experience come on Envio keep us informed about returns

Excellent communication I expected the equipment to be sent through as it was rental to be a little used but this was not the case it was very clean and in brilliant condition As for using and scanning my pictures it could not have been easier once you have downloaded the program onto your computer Thank you very much for sorting a problem I had been putting off for ages as I thought it would be a logistical nightmare As for delivery and return it could not be easier For anyone with limited IT skills there is no need to worry it is a real plug and play piece of equipment Kind RegardsPat B
