Excellent service from Envio Rentals I rented the photo scanner The connector for this printer to my laptop was missing in the box but I called them on a Saturday they answered immediately and resolved the situation within minutes Couldn t recommend them enough

Have had such a great experience with Envio Rentals and the Epson autofeed photo scanner It is rare that something is both much less expensive and much easier to manage than competitive products but this was a delight compared to paying for professional scanning at high street photo shops The website is simple to use to book a slot for your rental we paid c 90 for 3 days of usage - compared to around 1 per picture and a similar time frame from Snappy Snaps The scanner arrives in a protective crate via DPD so you can manage delivery timing yourself and set up is very easy along with step by step instructions on the Envio website The Epson Fastfoto FF-680W itself is very easy to use with simple software which gives you options for scan resolution and follow up editing such as rotating pictures which it gets right about 80 of the time Would buy one of these scanners myself as they get good reviews online but they cost 500 so the rental option is much better if you have a limited stock of photos that need digitising The return process is equally simple you just peel off the arrivals label to show the returns label underneath and repackage the item the way you found it then drop it at the nearest DPD pick up locale Thanks very much to Envio have already had a look at the website to see what other products might be better with the rent vs buy approach

I hired a go pro from Envio and it was an excellent decision all my queries beforehand were answered quickly when I had an issue with sourcing the right filter Jack was really helpful The camera arrived promptly well packaged with helpful checklists and clear instructions on how to return etc

I had hundreds of photos

I had hundreds of photos of many of my family that included those that have died plus many from my childhood and especially of my children as they grew up It was fantastic to scan them and save them to my PC now ready to save to memory cards for each of my children to have Many of my photos had been sellotaped in the past so I got through a lot of the wipes that came with the scanner I had to ring for support and was very pleased with the response I would strongly recommend using Envio they delivered as they said they would and helped reduce more waste by loaning a piece of equipment that most of us would only use once And now my photos are stored in a smaller box freeing up much needed space

The carpet cleaning machine was so good and removed a lot of the excess water allowing the carpets to dry easily The delivery and collection was amazing and very easy to use I would definitely use them again
