Would not recommend

I have removed my previous review due to being threatened with a legal defamation case despite the original review being an honest statement of my experience with EPHG Furthermore due to EPHG being unhappy with my review the director of EPHG has sent me a letter before action information and is threatening high court action if his request for 2000 for unspecified damages is not paid within 14 days The claim for damages is not due to money owed to EPHG as all monies charged for their service i e EPHG calling a plumber on my behalf were paid upfront it is purely because of my negative review The invoice provided by EPHG did not match the amount paid up front I would not recommend this company based on my own personal experience

Very poor service Additional costs - pay company and electrician worker

The service provided was extremely poor The electrician sent to do the work was unprofessional and the work was completed to a poor standard The company utilises an agency model which means you pay far more than if you contract directly with the electrician worker The company is astute at getting honest feedback removed which is a problem The company s complaint procedure appears fair and transparent but is anything but

Charged 300 for 10 min work

Charged 300 total for 10min of work Contractor come investigate the leak he suggested that need re silicone inside shower He done and total cost 300 for 10 min work Fantastic When contractor left we investigate again and found more leaks under the sink so this company only take money and nothing else
