Brilliant engineer called Kev came to our house after we paid the call out fee He was amazing Talked my partner through the problem and what he was doing to fix it He was really friendly respectful of our house and great with our dog Really recommend him as a gas safe engineer The company that we used to get him were also polite explained the process that would happen so that i was sure of what was happening No one likes having to pay for some one to come out in an emergency but I would definitely recommend this company
