DON T BUY ANYTHING WITH THIS company I was at the hospital and they provided so bad service I needed to paty myself for the treatment because I could not get in contact with the insurance After the treatment I claimed a refund but never got any money back The argument was that I did not provide sufficent informations the problem is that I mailed and emailed all information And the fact is that they did not even open the documents attached to the email because they were with a code they did not have so how can they say the case is declined because of missing information when they have nt opened the documents A TRULY FAKE COMPANY

100 worthless do not expect any useful support

Absolute NO GO I had a medical emergency and NOTHING worked We had to locally organize everything ourselves at our own expense after we got a written confirmation about all expenses being covered as they are not capable of organizing assistance in an established international tourist region Later they refused to pay a large part of what they hat previously confirmed in written form

I can t believe how con artists like this company are being allowed to scam en masse in the guise of a legitimate business for this long False advertising on their website I have been barred by VFS from using their insurance for a Hungary visa application yet this company claims that they cover all Schengen areas and now they won t refund the policy Don t count on anything this company guarantees on their website The only guarantee you ll get is a headache if you make the mistake of trusting them like I did

Complete Scam bought Schenghan insurance as their web site said their insurance was accepted for all eu countries visas With a money back guarantee The visa centre just looked at the top of the policy that said Europ and said sorry their policies are not acceptable I had paid 602 for the policy starting May 1st 2024 Asked for a refund and was told by Europ that I had to claim within 14days Why do Google allow these sort of companies to rip off their clients

No no no stay well clear if these cowboys as they don t answer calls only through email but nobody responds also I claim online and provided my hospital operation letter from my surgeon but my claim denied they are joke You willl be wasting your money
