Bait And Switch Don t order from them

I ordered a jacket a few days before black friday on sale for 50 percent off 2 weeks went by and they never shipped the jacket I called and they told me that the jacket was not in stock They offered me a crappy 20 percent off coupon on my next order I missed out on all the good black friday deals and they were unwilling to give me a comparable product for the same price I originally paid I won t order from them again Classic bait and swtich

I ordered some bindings - they are not here

I ordered something on 12 5 2022 10 days later the order still said pending i emailed support because the online chat is worthless i got one reply back saying hey sorry for the delay we ll ship as soon as possible I immediately emailed back asking to cancel no reply back i tried calling and they won t take any calls our volume is too high yeah it s high because you re not shipping things I m trying to cancel if they don t cancel my order i ll be returning it when it finally does get here this used to be a good site and local store in portland i don t know what has happened

This company the worst company ever I ordered 17 items by friend recommendation they sent me 7 wrong item I contacted with them and ask for a refund the gave me label I sent it back its been delivered more than 2 months and they are refusing to refund Went through bank chargeback SCAM ALERT

Order never received and refund neither No words to express my frustration with this company I placed an order that DHL never delivered to me with proof of a photo showing the parcel delivered to a different doorstep address and yet Evohair wouldn t reply to my emails and wouldn t care in general to find a resolution Disgusting unbelievable service

Horrible customer service and policies

Ordered a pair of snowboard boots and they shipped my the wrong size They are making me pay for the return shipping and I have to reorder the boots--they won t send me the correct size even though it was their mistake If you re looking for good customer service stay away from this company horrible Never shop them again
