Fantastic Habito are super-responsive from start to finish They blow every other broker we ve ever used out of the water 10 10 In the end we decided not to use Habito as our existing lender offered a Product Transfer that couldn t be beaten and was only available direct with the lender But have to give a shout out to Raj and Helen for being really helpful in explaining our options I m recommending Habito to friends and family and will doubtless use them when we remortgage again

Antra and her team have been so helpful The process has been made to feel so easy which can be very daunting and complicated as a first time buyer No question was ever made to feel stupid and they were always there whenever I needed help Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends

Abi Using Habito plus so far great Ahmet went through the mortgage application with me we found the exact mortgage that suited my needs he gave multiple quotes and was happy to do so Very knowledgeable and I didn t feel like I was annoying him He just knew it all and I enjoyed the experience he made me feel very comfortable My application has been submitted All within about 15hours This afternoon the conveyancer they set me up with called me to give a heads up on what s to come and now the customer success expert at Habito will be with me through the next steps as well I ll review again at next interval

Very straightforward service seemed to offer better rates than other places I ve seen As with any of these be sure to read the small print I didn t use them for their Habito plus service but the mortgage broker part was very easy and the online forms made it super convenient I was working with Emily and she explained everything very well The timeframes were fast and my case was handed over to another colleague for a day or two while she was out - it was very smooth It does feel like they re genuinely trying to get you a good deal and they provide information about all the different searches they do in case you want to choose a different recommendation or lender than what they suggest It s detailed and thorough Happily use them again
