This company is a complete disaster The worst customer experience their drivers often do not even try to call you or ring the bell just put in the system that you were not home and your prepaid package couldn t be delivered There is zero option to complain or get any customer support

I hate ordering from Shein and aliexpress because I know this delivery company will bring the goods They are horrible Sending e-mails with times frames 2-3 days and they never show up the tracking says they did not have the time to deliver the goods The drivers won t answer the phone or answer to your sms If they push back the delivery date next time you re still the 85th adress to delivery so there is no even logic in their delivery method Horrible

all bad slovenia company I AM AT HOME THEY DONT CALLI CHANGED THE DAY ONCE I CANT CHANGE AGAIN THE DATE FOR SECOND TIME TO CHOOSE PICK UP PINTI SELECT A PICKUP POINT AND THEY SAID I CANT BE THERE WITHOUT GIVING ANY FURTHER OPTIONSTHEY DONT REPLY ANY EMAILS 3 AND ANY CALLS JUST ONE OUT OF 20 OF 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS IN 2 DIFFERENT DAYS IT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFENO OPTION TO PICK IN ANY INDSTRIAL BUILDING WHERE THEY WORK NO OPTIONS AND NO CONTACT

Unfortunetly there is no minus star They have lost my packige phoned the company 3 times the answer was sorry but we don t find I had sent mails there was no aswer so I had send more mails They have answered after the 15th mail And still there was 2-3 more week of silence before they said sorry but we lost it Then two more weeks before they changed the status of my packige so I could start the refound process

They obviously lost my parcel 1 month in transit from Hungary to Croatia and they just reply the same message here is the tracking number if it doesn t arrive contact your local post office Yeah but it never arrived to my country 10 emails already and they keep copying and pasting the same message Worst customer service ever Avoid this company by all means

Constantly lying where the package is First email saying they never received it and waiting for the seller 19th of March After a few days saying they handed it over to overseas on the 18th of March Overseas never got anything from them and wasn t even the company that was supposed to take it over for further shipments Seller couldn t contact them for days Horrible service avoid at all cost

Avoid at all costs If I see shipments through this courier I cancel my order They email telling they will deliver this date Then without warning it goes back to depot 4-5 days in a row due to no reason They never even try to call on your door 1 call by phone If no answer they return again I got parcels 1 week delayed or just returned Avoid at all costs

I ordered a product on Amazon de on 6 April and never received it because Express One messed up the address which is correct on Amazon I ordered the same product again on 6 May It is May 26 and I am still waiting for it Shipments spend days in the warehouse without anything happening Let s do the math 50 days and counting to receive an order

Express One is not a trustworthy company
The courier signed for my parcels Then placed them on my letterbox without even letting me know that he was there and this while I am always at home They have disappeared Total value over 265 Express One customer service only helps the courier and not the customer and is very rude After calling the courier myself he became aggressive and started threatening I want my money back so that I can place these orders again And decent deliveries of parcels delivered to me personally Absolutely self-evident Courier is personally responsible for signing for my parcels and placing them somewhere where anyone can just take them If this is not arranged quickly by Express One I will report the theft to the police and also charge Express One with complicity
