Abismal customer service and communication in general
Ordered a pair of runners for my daughters birthday that cost 111 which the company happily charged me for and told me the shoes would arrive in 5 to 9 business days and I would receive an email when they had shipped 8 days later I contacted the company because I had received no communication regarding shipping only to be told the order was cancelled The lady on the phone was pretty indignant and could care less that these had been ordered for a birthday and couldn t provide an answer as to why the cancelled the order or why they had neglected to tell me they had cancelled the order nor had they returned my money Will not be doing business with this company again Garbage

Not 50 off
Not 50 off we bought 2 shoes and didn t get the next one 50 off when I asked they said it excluded but when I asked the excluded list the brand I bought was not there too it is kind of cheating if there is an option I can add my bill

Missing items from order but they are still for sale and in stock on the site called customer service to get hung up on Don t trust this scam website not even worth 1 star will never use it again I regret even placing my order now very much terrible experience service stay away

Will never order again from famous footwear Horrible customer service Package was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days but literally took 27 days Arrived at usps depot 1 hour away in 5 days and sat in warehouse for 22 days After 10 days I called usps to see if I could pick it up they said call sender to authorize pick up After 4 phone calls getting hung up on and transferred over and over famous footwear said they can t do anything even though they just need call usps or change authorization online Finally received package after a month even though the package was less than an hour away in perfect weather I will NEVER order from famous footwear again

Shipping took 3 times longer than promised Once the pure white shoes arrived they were stained with red scuffs and dirty and we were told by their customer service department white shoes get dirty They hadn t even been taken out of the box but we are to expect them to look used CMON HORRIBLE

Double charged to breathe
During the summer June 30 Sudbury ontario I ordered a pair of shoes for my son to be shipped to his cousin and I used my visa turns out they ran out of the size so I get a refund July 7 I m okay with that Anyway a week goes by and I check my transactions the same amount came off my card for the shoes I ordered in the first place I decide to call my bank I already called FF first and they said it must be my bank FF said they cannot see it but why am I seeing it on my bank statement its either RBC is LYING or FAMOUS FOOTWEAR I ve been trying to email them or connect with them ever since

charged late fee despite having auto pay
I signed up for auto pay to pay my famous footwear bill like I always make sure to do in order to avoid missing a payment date as it is too difficult to keep track of numerous payment dates for different cards Despite signing up for autopay I apparently didn t get my bill automatically paid and was assessed a late fee Upon checking it doesn t have any auto pay set up on the account I don t know how this is possible when the first thing I always do upon receiving a bill is set up auto pay I NEVER don t use auto pay in order to avoid having late fees like I m dealing with now I have now been assessed at least two late fees that I am aware of I really don t feel it is fair for me to have to pay late fees that I took the steps to avoid having

Had to return a pair of boots months ago This company still is not saying they refunded the order even though tracking shows item has been returned to them When asking where my refund is they keep skirting the answer saying send them proof and tracking even though they have the item Calling my credit card people to dispute Never shopping here again DON T SHOP HERE
