We mistakenly purchased 4 tickets

We mistakenly purchased 4 tickets yesterday for th wrong theater here in Goodyear AZ We were told by customer service at that theater that refunds have to go through Fandango However Fandango is pointing their finger back at the theater We spent almost 50 for a movie we NEVER watched - no movie period Fandango is keeping money that they did not earn No more Fandango for us

Deleting an account on this website is one big dark pattern Sending an email to delete your account Hello it s 2023 - such things can be automated Requiring a phone number on the contact form And the requirement that it be an American number Are you crazy

AWFUL COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WE WERE IN EMERGENCY AND UNABLE TO USE THE TICKETS AS PLANNED THEY WOULD NOT CREDIT OR REFUND US THE MONEY WE WENT LATER IN THE WEEK AND PURCHASED THE TICKETS WHICH WERE OVER SIX DOLLARS LESS THEN FROM FANDANGO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE AWFUL I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY WE WERE TREATED WE ARE CURRENTLY DISPUTING THIS WITH OUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER IT IS NOT THE MONEY WE EXPECT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY - THEY HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS

They deserve 0 stars Purchased tickets on Fandago Drove 1 hour to the theater because the movie was not playing in my area Once we got there we were advised that the movie wasn t playing at the theater and that they never received it We were told that other movie goers had come in to watch the movie only to be turned away The theater staff was very kind and refunded us our money I will never buy tickets from Fandago again

They sell your data

They sell your data and once your email is in their system there s no way out Since the day I made a mistake to buy a movie ticket through these SCAMMERS I ve been getting over hundreds of scam emails a day and despite blocking these senders I still keep getting at least a hundred emails a day and because of bunch of emails from scammers I miss tons of important emails lost between these I would just completely get rid of my email but this is a very important email connected to my work and business and just can t simply get rid of it because freaking FANDANGO decided to sell my data They ve become a complete nightmare

Avoid Fandango They will steel your money and create a big hassle at the theater

If I could I would give Fandango 0 stars I highly caution any hard working person from using Fandango They stole 24 32 from me yesterday I was unable to redeem my purchase at the theater because they did not send me a code They stole from me When I called to resolve the issue they wouldn t refund my money Avoid using them at all They are untrustworthy

Bad business all the way around

Wow I thought I might ve been the only one that got taken for 2 movie tickets that I tried to get a refund on way before the movie started but reading these reviews it seems commonplace and they treat everyone like they did me I will NEVER use Fandango again and I m asking all of my friends and family to discontinue using them as well They are a poor excuse for a ticket business They basically stole my money and had no regrets about it Everyone who works there just remember what comes around goes around and you will get yours Bad business all the way around DO NOT use Fandango they are thieves

I could not attend the movie for which I had bought a ticket They did not refund me at all so I lost the ticket and the service fee DON T BOTHER WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY
