Absolutely terrible customer service Delivery of the item took a month instead of days Returning it was a completely surreal experience Furla provides all the documents 3 times I posted with UPS as instructed and the item came back to me after weeks Being in transit all 3 times And they just reply with the same copy and paste message saying they apologise and will issue the new label to print and post again More than 3 months have passed now and I still can t return the item hense no refund and Furla is taking no responsibility for it Just terrible never buy from them

Very poor customer service
I had an issue with the Furla bag as I used it 2 times and it becomes unwearable due to a defect that came from poor quality I contacted the company 2 years ago and never got a response after receiving an automatic e-mail that confirms that my request has been taken care of And now by accident I saw the e-mail again and resend it hoping that someone will care about responding to my message

Dubious brand for returns and refunds
I bought two Furla wallets more than a month ago I returned one immediately because I didn t like the model only a week ago I was informed that the refund had been accepted but I still haven t seen the wallet money in my bank account I sent several emails and only got a reply once telling me to wait Not an excuse Very bad customer service

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs Ordered 3 bags Wanted to return two I processed the returns on Furla s website packaged and sealed the parcels and printed the shipping labels I dropped them off at a UPS store today and was declined to ship them due to some indescript paperwork being missing I started a live chat with Mimi who I see is mentioned in other reviews - useless Mimi states I have never processed the returns although this was done on their website and labels received from them I spent nearly 30 minutes on chat with Mimi and she refuses to provide the return paperwork needed Absolutely abysmal customer service I will NEVER shop with Furla again I will just raise a chargeback with my credit card if they cannot accommodate a return which is law

Horrible Customer Service that Ignores Its Customers
I bought my Furla bag at the beginning of this year and the belt strap is already broken I contacted the customer service three times 1st via phone and then twice via mail and I never received a response Paying so much money for a bag you expect it to be of outstanding quality but it s not However you should at least be allowed to expect a decent customer service but NO I am deeply disappointed and angry as I cannot use by bag any longer if the belt does not get replaced

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FURLA DON T BUY THIS BRAND I bought a genuine leather bag expensive and with the genuine leather sentence stated on the bag and after few uses the straps melted and peeling They were sticky Disgusting Customer service treated me horrible and they do anything It was unacceptable I will never by this brand again
