Wouldnt recommand

Some context I did acourse listed as beginner I have a formaly registerd IQ of 134 so i can learn pretty well My native language is not English I am average with excel Good video s and workouts Knowledge trainers Exellent respons times on questions - Unfriendly trainers - No effort put in at all to help you understand things They will tell you to do x and y to get z But if you dont understand why they wont help you And then in the exam where things are formulated diffrent to try and trap you you will have problem - If you are not an excel guru you gonna have an extra problem - Me and some other students found multiple errors in the excel sheets and in the video s Making it feel rushed That together with the unwillingness to sit down and help people understand makes this feel like a money grab

Disappointing response time

I am writing to share my disappointment with the service as I have asked the Instructors and Online support for a few clarifying points on the quizzes It has now been 4 business days and I have still not received an answer to my questions which really defeats the point of progressing through further modules and learning new content The answer keys for quizzes are also very unhelpful as it does not provide a step-by-step answer but rather a theoretical approach

Not great

Far better resources out there From the course I started the videos were badly organised and did not provide much value Looked like there were a few different instructors and they covered the same things so I m assuming they ve taken a few courses and combined them to make it look like the course is longer and more comprehensive
