Driver Alan Wallace from the Edinburgh

Driver Alan Wallace from the Edinburgh depot was super helpful in adding items into the original order as was a consignment from 02 03 23 that couldn t be collected as was unlabelled He said he would make it work and with the new scanner added the older items to the new one My floor is now clear Alan was cheery helpful and nothing was a problem Very good service

The couriers need to be held accountable

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the customer service I have received Scott kept in touch with me on updates on a regular basis since I have reported the missing parcel I did not speak to some robot but actually to a real human The one star goes to the courier who did not deliver the parcel following the company policy As I have spoken to Scott I believe the drivers who don t take their jobs and responsibilities seriously enough should be held accountable for how they are carrying out their duties

Having spent ages trying to contact the

Having spent ages trying to contact the depot by phone and getting a vertul voice assistant that was next to usless and trying to book a colection on line I did not want to give all my bank details I gave up and decided drive to the depot with the parcel to see if they would accept it I was met by a very helpful lady that delt with the parcel without any problems Its a pitty that Fedx have such poor methods of contacting them Its a good job that the depot is not to far from my house so I could drive there and take the item myself Phone and online usless staff friendly and efficient

Package delivered for Tru-Tension

Package from Tru-Tension delivered by FedEx on date of delivery as planned although the timeslot given wasn t the time it was delivered Package should have arrived between 8-12 but arrived around 13 30 Good job I stayed in but can t complain otherwise The worker who delivered the package was friendly

Great service

I had an excellent customer service experience with Karen a driver from Swindon She delivered 3 heavy and urgent parcels in a week and all were delivered on time as expected She was very efficient and professional with her work I live on the first floor and considering how heavy the parcels were I thought she would be hesitant or call for help to carry them to my unit I even tried to help her with one of the items but she was adamant One of the senders forgot to add my house number but she gave me a ring to confirm to make sure it was not returned or delayed

Not to bad a service

I was given a 08-50 to 1250 timeslot the driver arrived at about 13-40 which was not too bad he did apologise for arriving late He asked me if i could help him to carry the item to my door as it was 29 Kgs which was no problem A nice driver to speak to I will admit i was expecting the worse after reading all of the reviews but no a good delivery

Cheap package worth less than 100

Package worth less than 100 USD but can t give me delivery options to leave at door on the web tracking page After missing the delivery they called me up and discussed door delivery though

Parcel arrived on time and in the time slot indicated Only removed a star for the fedex driver thumping on the door after ringing doorbell instead of knocking

Iam shocked I actually received my Parcel the next day as it was planned I still can not believe it although it said 1pm then said 6pm I decided to make my way as usual to the depot and start the usual pain to recover my parcel but as I was driving to the depot my wife calls me says Fedex just delivered it for the first time ever I didn t have to chat to their useless bot nor dig in the deep ocean for their contact email

Pleasantly Surprised

After seeing that FedEx has been rated BAD on trustpilot after reading all the negative reviews I was not feeling hopeful that A my parcel would arrive on the day between the times specified B whether my parcel would even turn up at all BUT I guess I was one of the lucky ones My parcel did arrive on the day specified between the hours specified I was greeted by a really friendly driver My only negative the reason I didn t give 5 stars was because although I could initially track to see that my parcel had arrived at the local depot I couldn t track it once it was out for delivery Other than that my overall experience was great I guess it must depend on the area where you live the effectiveness of the delivery driver as to what kind of service you recieve
