I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A TRUE SCAM I ORDERED MY DOG TAG OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AMS NO ONE SHOULD SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL I STILL HAVENT GOT ANYTHING AND NO TRACKING NUMBER ANS HAVE REPORTED THIS ALSO AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL I WILL GO TO WALMART TO BUY A SIMPLE DOG TAG AND THATS WHAT I GET TRYING ALL THESE COMPANIES THAY DONT EVEN HAVE THERE COMMUNICATION RIGHT I HAVE T RECEIVED NOTHING AT ALL I NEED A SUPERVISOR UNTIL THEN YOUR GOING ON EVERY SITE I HAVE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW DO NOTTT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I came across FidoTabby Alert randomly
I came across FidoTabby Alert randomly on Facebook I figured I could stand to be a touch more proactive when it came to making sure my super reactive dog had more information on him just in case he managed to snake his way out the house or out of his slip collar the next time he heard a loud sound or saw a wild critter he just HAD to chase I checked out FidoTabby s site figured S H wasn t too shabby of a cost for a tag that could get my dog back home So I sucked it up and bought it Well I would have made a better choice dropping that money on a horse at the track When I received the envelope that stated specifically on the outside that it had the tag in there I was a bit excited When I opened that envelope and all I saw inside was some pretty cardstock and a bone-shaped tag silencer well I was mad I was promised a dog tag for my dog and I did not receive it Upon reading the reviews and seeing the stories of how shoddy they are built perhaps it s a good thing I didn t receive one I would rather purchase a tag from another business one I ve frequented before who delivered quality merchandise

Not happy
Not happy Heard about this through an ad on social media and did a bit of research to see if it was legit and while this is a legit company the tag they sent scratched up and is now basically useless because you cannot read the ID or scan the QR code anymore I ve only had it for about two months

Fidoalert says it is free
Fidoalert says it is free This is false I signed up and at the end they wanted 4 98 although this is reasonable I will not do business with a company that lies to its consumers Just tell people in advance if you need to pay for anything including taxes or shipping handling

SCAMMM BUYER BEWARE I inquired many times about my puppies missing tag with no reply It took 2 months then said check the mailbox Nothing in the mailbox I m disgusted they just take the 5 nothing I m pissed

I may have made a big mistake purchasing through this company
So far this seems like I made a mistake giving this company my money Now I am worried since I paid by credit card I ordered 2 tags and silencers for 2 different cats back in September I still have not recieved either I emailed customer service in October and they told me it was shipping problems not under their control since the tags had been sent I just emailed them a few days ago and they said they would send them again I find it hard to believe that both packages just got lost somewhere I can t find any other way to reach customer service other than email I thought there was supposed to be a chat option to comunicate with customer service but so far I can t find it The response I got from Facebook messenger was to email them I have read where a few people seem to have had a good experience with this company but so far my experience is very disapointing We love our pets and while the tags and the service is a very low price I would have prefered to pay more to get better service

Never received my tags
I ordered 2 Fido tags and silencers back in August here it is November still haven t received them Yet they took my money I just keep getting the cat mouse game I have emailed them several times They said they put my order in again cause they got lost I say this is a scam Stay far away from this company If you have an iPhone you re better off getting an AirTag collar and an AirTag to track your pets Because that s what I just did I did email them again and request my money refunded but we will see how that goes I would never order off this company ever again I m reporting them to the BBB WARNING FOR EVERYONE do not order anything from this company they take your money but you don t get the product

Responded to an ad on Facebook
Responded to an ad on Facebook Signed up for tags for all my pets Sept 30 2024 They said it would take about 8 weeks Get an email saying the tags had been delivered they had not I email them They ask if the address is correct it was Then they say there was a glitch and it will be many more weeks until I receive the tags I asked for a refund then and no response

A friend of mine recommended it
A friend of my daughters recommended it She had got it for her dog And sad her dog ran off as they are curious but a few days later she got a call someone had found her dog and scanned the tag and they are back together again So it s a happy ending And she highly recommended it since we are new puppy owners And I took the advice God forbid nothing like that happens But if it should wer blessed to have fiddotabbyalerts I m not sure on the date
