I found their service was very professional and 110 successful in the two cases I have been involved with personally In fact they delved into an issue I had with my bank and discovered a great deal more than I had first imagined My level of compensation was so much more than I had anticipated Yes it took time but that is because of the level of complaints they have to deal with especially against the bad practice of the banking industry in dealing with fraud

I see a lot of negative reviews here I was sold a car that had a developing fault and was so stressed at the prospect of having to pay over 19k for it luckily they stepped in and sided with me after the finance company tried to cover up old MOT s The whole process took about 3 months and I almost gave up at times Thankfully it all worked out

Excellent service
Excellent service helped me win back a fair few thousand from a insurance company refusing to pay out - knew I was in the right Took a while but it s certainly worth the wait and battle So anyone considering it please go for it - I don t understand how they can have any bad reviews Even better that it s a free service

Life savings refunded after a scam
A family member had lost her entire life savings been left in significant debt through a scam After having very little luck with the 3 banks involved I complained on her behalf to the Financial Ombudsman Although it took 16 months to deal with the 3 complaints through covid all were resolved in her favour almost all her money was refunded I d like to thank the investigator Liam Davies for his persistent work on our behalf

Can t fault them twice I ve dealt with them and both times they ve upheld my complaints Second time the ajudicator initially refused to uphold my complaint so I took it to an actual obudsman who disagreed with the ajudicator and won my complaint Happy days

Although had to wait a long time to be assigned an investigator and he did side with the banks in the beginning I asked him to look at my case again which he did and then agreed with me my investigator was called Mentor Maxhunni and was great always replying to my emails same day and returning my calls same day It was a long process but I finally got most of my money back after being scammed by a builder

I ve been victim of a scam with Revolut banking They called me pretending to be the bank and cleared my account I asked help to the bank which refused to do anything about it The financial ombudsman service in less than 4 months contacted them on my behalf and solved the problem standing on my side and giving me my money back They are just the most amazing service Thank you to A Begum which as an investigator followed my case giving me updates and a lot of support I can t thank them enough

Brilliant service for me
Shocked at all the bad reviews on here I cannot praise them enough They took on a case for me against a Equity Release scheme that I felt had been mis-sold to my late father They were very thorough good communication throughout Yes it took a long time but it was a complicated case They upheld my complaint and secured a substantial payout from the business which I received just a few months later

A succesful outcome to a finacial issue
After not being able to access funds in a ICICI bank account for several months and the company refusing to acknowledge any attempt to raise a formal complaint one call to the ombudsman and the funds have been transferred to me in less than a week I had spent several months numerous calls and emails to no avail Granted my complaint was fairly straightforward but I am extremely pleased with the service I received
