Surprisingly speedy resolution
Surprisingly speedy resolution to my complaint and a satisfactory outcome The case officer was patient with me and explained everything and was very well-informed Also I only dealt with one person and was not passed from one to another and through different departments I would definitely recommend this as a good means of resolving disputes with telecom companies

DAWN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN MANAGING TO GET COMPENSATION FOR ME FROM O2 O2 HAD BEEN STRINGING ME ALONG FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER I HAD DEMANDED COMPENSATION OF 200 FROM THEM DO NOT SIGN UP WITH O2 THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY DAWN WAS ABLE TO SEE THROUGH THEIR LIES AND AS WELL AS INSTRUCTING O2 TO IMMEDIATELY PAY THIS 200 TO ME SHE DEMANDED THAT THEY PAY ME AN ADDITIONAL 100 FOR THEIR CONTINUED DELAY IN PAYING THIS COMPENSATION TO ME THE LADY KEPT ME UPDATED WITH O2 S RESPONSE TO MY CLAIM

Resolved an O2 Issue Outstanding for Over 8 Months
After an issue with O2 which had been ongoing since September 2023 I really was at the end of my tether Never in my life had I experienced such appalling customer service and a company who appeared to be a law unto themselves As soon as I contacted the Communications Ombudsman I was hopeful they would be able to resolve the issue and they did in a very short time and completely to my satisfaction I am now leaving O2 and will never use them as my service provider again

Avoid Three
I was so frustrated with Three s poor administration that I decided to take my claim to the Communications Ombudsman From start to finish they were brilliant my Case Manager kept me in the loop as to what was happening and finally resolved the issue with Three I am very happy with the outcome

I had a nightmare year with BT
I had a nightmare year with BT constantly adding extra charges to my bill every month Despite their guarantees that it would stop it wasn t until I got the ombudsman involved that they fixed the issue

Smooth and accessible process
The process of complaining to the ombudsman was very smooth and accessible I was impressed by the online portal and the speedy progression of the case I didn t personally agree with the outcome but appreciate that the ombudsman s powers are limited - I feel I was treated fairly kept up to date and my complaint was actually listened to It s just a shame I had to go to the ombudsman to get any sort of response from o2 I would recommend the ombudsman if you re in the unfortunate position of needing to complain about your provider

Excellent service when communications
Excellent service when communications go terribly wrong Knowledgeable helpful calming and they did what they said they would within timescales Was kept informed throughout and process was simplified website was easy to use Overall very satisfied hence rated it excellent
