Problems with the reservation

When I filled the format up for my reservation in Vio com and clicked on the final reservation button I had a message with credit card declined however Checking my credit bank balance I have the charge in my credit card for that reservation What can I do to make this clarification I can share with you the bank folio date time amount hotel place etc to fix it as soon as possible

Price Increase with No Explanation

I found the hotel I wanted for a great price I entered my credit card information and got all the way to confirm and got an error message saying the property was no longer available No other information was given and the same hotel was still available when I tried again but for a higher price It felt like Vio baited me into finding the perfect room and then raised the price The room I did book didn t seem any different I didn t pause much during the booking process with the first attempt so I don t think it was because someone else booked it but more information as to why that property was suddenly unavailable at the price I wanted but available at a higher price would have been nice

Did not get discount price as promised in ad for downloading VIO app Then could only book 2 nights after requesting 3 nights Not a happy camper

Misleading and predatory technology Strategically presents customer UX traps to take money and avoid supporting the customer when request to help resolve Vio will typically offer slightly cheaper booking rates by remove many of the flexible benefits you see with other honest and reliable platforms I have used Vio a few times and twice I have had issues This time it was a mismatch and intentional avoidance to properly integrate with Google search When I asked for support they did what they could in their control to cut my calls short and keep my money Use a more reliable booking platform at allCosts

Final Booking currency to reflect per booking process

The booking process was easy to follow However despite all the prices being indicated as in my settings in local currency the final booking was made in USD I would imagine that charges would come through at the exact local currency as displayed throughout the whole booking process This could be improved

The rooms were well priced however if your booking boom last minute as the prices dropped by quite a large amount after a few days of booking and the rooms were better They do not let you modify a booking even though there terms and conditions only state the cancellation policy

Very misleading

I gave the price I found online and asked can they do better I was told yes When I was given a price for a booking which was lower than I had seen I agreed to it but it wasn t until after I gave all my details that I was given the final price which was another 50 extra and much higher than online It was so hard to cancel Very misleading Full payment detals should be given before asking for payment details Why would anyone pay more Makes no sense Very disappointing

Easy booking but no flexibilty with booking change

Easy booking system and information all visible but we had our flights cancelled and rebooked to next day which meant we needed to push our holiday accommodation a day Tried calling the hotel direct they said to contact Vio com Contacted Vio and they passed the buck back to the hotel So we lost a night s accommodation booking which is super annoying when they could have just pushed the booking back a day and all would have been fine

I booked the hotel as it has parking at the facility no mention of payment for parking When I booked and paid for accommodation then the parking payment was shown 20 a day I m there for 4 days so it s an extra 80Not happy And faulty information

Your company accepted and then refunded rejected the original reservation after confirming it You broke the reservation into 2 parts accepted the first one initially Took me all the way thru the process on the 2nd one of making all of the required entries then rejected the reservation claiming the rate was no longer available Why didn t you tell me that at the start Add I was doubled charged for the reservation that was cancelled by you for 129 00 on 12 10 Only one of the 129 charges was removed by you The 2nd 129 00 charge needs also to be removed from my credit card Thanks
