No problems booked in advance
I had a fantastic experience with Hotelopia I booked well in advance around 2 months to be exact I was attending an event at the NEC in BIRMINGHAM for 4 days and needed a hotel for 5 nights Paypal seemed to have teamed up with Hotelopia and offered a 15 discount i was over the moon I booked straight away and got all 5 nights for just over 200 with breakfast for 2 people at the Holiday Inn at Birmingham airport Not long after i got a confirmation email that it was booked and with payment confirmation Even though i had never heard of Hotelopia i still took up the offer straight away i got it 1 3 of the price anywhere else was asking Upon researching Hotelopia i came across a lot of negative reviews and feedback it had me very worried At this point i didn t know what to think i thought it was a scam I rang the hotel IMMEDIATELY and confirmed everything with them and they reassured me the room was booked and they even received the notes i left on the booking Just last week i had one of the best experiences in a Hotel that I ve had so far The room was lovely the hotel experience was great with room air conditioning and everything we needed to enjoy our time a the Hotel The trip came to an end and that was it Give Hotelopia a try before reading all the negative reviews i said if the hotel was all good i would leave an honest review and that it is I would use Hotelopia again if you re planning to book try book in advance No problems here

Bought 6 different nights with this
Bought 6 different nights with this group and assumed it was safe as it was on Topcashback each transaction tracked right away - and I was sure I had heard of it before I was a bit queasy as some of the site layout and grammar was off hmm so I Googled them and got this and then panic stations So I emailed the hotel and they e-mailed back saying not to worry all nights were confirmed and they were a lot cheaper than others how I do not know After this I had to cancel anyway and was worried becuase of said reviews When I cancelled it says 5 - 20 working days for refund which is silly and caused more concern since every other comapny has it in account within 3 In any case every penny was back in two days So apart from a little squiffiness I would use this company again without any trouble 1 8 really is quite unfair in my experience and opinion I don t know but I thought it fair to give some balance

I did my research before our trip to Bangkok and found coupons on line for free The 20 off coupon for a three night stay the new Park Hyatt Central Embassy worked The rate before coupon was already sort of low and With Breakfast included for two we ended up paying a total of 725 00 The coupon took off a whopping 270 00 Made this reservation well in advance 3 mo and the last two weeks before we left for Bangkok I checked all hotel search engines and the typical price for the exact room dates was in excess of 1500 00 including Hotelopia s Hotelopia must be based in a country with super consumer protections because every time I ve used Hotelopia any cancellation fee is never more than one nights stay penalty and a small fee to adjust the reservation

I booked a hotel in Cuba through them in September Unfortunatelly I had to cancel it - I did on 30 11 2016 And I received back the full amount on 01 12 2016 Complete satisfaction my money is back -
