It was good experience

Firebrand has completed the basics that I need to know for my training

Exam room crashed

In the exam we didn t even answer the first question when the systems went offThe hotel double charged us and its taken quite a few emails to get this back which is very annoyingThe trainer was excellent though

Wonderful as ever

The facilities as always were excellent the knowledge of the trainer was wonderful but he couldn t stay on track and I think that was a major part of why I failed the exam scoring the highest in our class

A mixed bag

The instructors for the residential courses are superb Their knowledge of their subjects is genuinely extraordinary and their use of humour makes the modules easier to digest and makes the long days on the courses easier to cope with They make sure they understand our individual job roles and try to pitch the course content where possible so it is relevant to our jobs The reason I couldn t award more than 3 stars though is that in the months between the courses there are simply dozens of hours of videos from a 3rd-party website to watch in an entirely passive process which is in no way helpful to embedding information in your memory especially on new concepts which are often abstract and packed with new vocabulary and a sea of acronyms My workplace has been great in giving me lots of projects to do to increase my skills and awareness of the company s operations as a whole and my managers make me feel empowered to tackle tasks which affect the whole company In summary the residential training is truly great and the instructors are brilliant the pre-course learning resources in between are not though and are truly a joyless and unrewarding slog but if you get a good company to work for in your apprenticeship you should be fine

it was rushed

Training was supposed to be for 3 days

Training was supposed to be for 3 days but less break and more content and instructor finished the course in 2 days making hard for listeners to grasp the knowledge 3rd day was just Q A which only lasted for 1 hour so the session ended at 10 00 am Test papers should have discussed more Instructor was good but sometime it felt like he was also confused with the question in test papper

The training provided was great but I am still awaiting my Exam Token Other than that will definitely be using this platform in the near future
